Chapter 3

        Behind Julius' desk, there was something shinning. I slowly walked to his desk. My mind went crazy with wondering what it could be. Out of nervousness, I looked at the door to see if anyone would come in. After a minute of looking at the door, I came to the conclusion that no one was going to come in. I opened the drawer that was already cracked open and had the shiny object in. I gasped at what I seen. Do my eyes deceive me? What I saw was...

        A diamond

        I couldn't believe my eyes when I seen that diamond. It was so beautiful. It was small, but it was exquisite.

        "I see you like to snoop, sweetheart", Julius said. I screamed and turned around. For being in the woods for so long, I got into a fighting stance because it was so sudden. It was stupid I will tell you now, it was an instinct kind of stance. Plus, I have never fought a day in my life.

        "You scared the heck out of me, gosh!" I yelled at him. All he did was laugh at me. He got closer to me, and closed the drawer. He moved his head close to me, by my head.

        "You are the one who was not paying attention, love. Don't blame me." He whispered in my ear. And to add to it, he pinched my butt. I gasped and jumped closer to him.

        Next thing I know he was holding me up by his arms around my waist, and my hands were on his shoulders. We were staring at each other. I could not help it, but with him so close I looked from his eyes, to his lips, then back to his eyes. His eyes held lust as I did this. He started to get closer until I felt his lips brush against mine. I moaned softly. Then, he slammed his lips against mine. I put my arms around his neck and my fingers wrapped themselves in his hair. He pulled me closer. We made out for what felt like years, but was just a few minutes.

        He pulled away slowly, and looked me in the eyes. I saw love, admiration, and everything that made me happy inside. "That was...wonderful." I told him in a whisper.

        "Yeah, we have got to do that more often." Julius told me, which made me blush. I hid my face in his neck, feeling the heat increase in my cheeks. He held me, but he chuckled  a little.

        "What are you laughing at big head?" I asked him playfully.

         "You are so beautiful, even when you blush, but you want to hide it, which makes me laugh", he explained. Not the best way to explain it but I guess I get what he could mean by it.

        For about an hour, we got to know each other. I learned that he loves to read, he likes to draw, he does not like dogs because they always want to love him too much and that is exactly what he said. I also got to know that if he had the privilege, he would never come back into a house, because he loves being outside. He was such a sweet guy. Then I remembered about Jason, where was he?

        "Hey, where is Jason at?" I asked him. I can't believe I actually forgot about him.  I guess I really can't say anything, I was getting to know one of my mates. I still feel bad about the hour of not remembering him.

        "Oh, he wanted to give us time to get to know each other because I am the alpha," Julius explained to me.

        "How about we all spend some time together, get situated with all of us being together?" I asked. I thought that would be a good thing because, we all have to see how this is going to work out, because I know werewolf guys. They are super protective and possessive, so I know they will get jealous or even angry if I show one even slightly more attention than the other. So I think it would be best if we, persè, make a plan of action for the relationship.

        "Sounds good, I just called him in here. You should have heard him, he sounded so excited to come in here." He laughed at him and muttered that he was a wimp.

        I smacked him on his arm and said, "If you want to call him a wimp, then you are one too, because I know dang sure if he called you to come here, you would be excited too. Wouldn't you, don't lie." He laughed and put his head down a little and said yeah. "Thank you" I said sassy-like.

        After a few minutes, there was a small knock, and then Jason came in. He gave me a hug, then sat down.

        "So, I think we should talk about how everything between us is gonna happen. I don't want one of you to think I like the other more than you. I like you guys the same. I don't want either of you to be jealous of the other one. I want us to all be equal." I told them. I looked at both of them sternly.

        "We understand that you are not just mine and at the same time you are not just his. And the same the other way, he is not just yours while I am not just yours. We are both yours and you are both of ours. We also know that you will love us both the same. We have read and have been 'trained' to be ready for you.", Julius told me. All the while he was talking, Jason was nodding his head in agreement.

       I appreciated that they could understand. Though I was still nervous, I did not tell them. I smiled and hugged them both.

       "Julius, it is hard for me to trust anyone with Prince, but I need for you to spend time with him. I want you to love him like a son, same with you Jason. He will be with us all the time, so you might as well get used to him by bonding with him." I looked at both of them, but more so at Julius because he even told me along with Jason, that he did not like dogs.

     "Fine! I will try, but don't expect me to love him to death, my wolf and I can not stand dogs." Julius dared to tell me.

       I gave him the most dangerous glare I have ever gave someone. I was mad, he can not stand dogs! Well he gon' learn today how to stand dogs.

       His whole facial expression changed to one of horror, he knew not to mess with a girl and her dog especially me! What he did next had me laughing inside. He literally ran away! I heard Jason laugh which made me want to get out too. His laugh was worse then mine!!! And mine is not pleasant.

     "What is with your laugh! Never laugh around me again or I will be like Julius, and run away!" I told Jason with a stricken face.

     He stuck his tongue out at me. I have not had this much fun in a while. I am glad I have them. Now I can have so much fun seeing them interact with Prince along with the rest of the people here. The thought made me realize that I do have to meet the pack members.

     "Can I meet the pack now?" I asked. I hope I can actually make a friend. I haven't had a real friend in forever. All I had was Prince, not that he was not bad company at all. He is the best. Also he loves attention, so he will love it here, hopefully.

     "Sure, they are making my head hurt anyway because they want to meet you so bad." He dared laugh again. I got up and left the room with Prince in my arms.

     It was a bad idea because right when I stepped out of the room, I was bombarded by maybe a hundred people.

     Well, this is going to be fun.
