The Observer And The 2 Wolves

Chapter 4

When I saw all of the people, by reflex I held Prince tighter to me.

So many people said hi to me. The women gave me hugs and the men shook my hand. My face hurt from how much I smiled today, everyone was so kind to me. My whole life consisted of everyone putting me down, so having these many people compliment me on how I look, say they want to be my friend, or congratulate me made me feel so welcomed.

We all talked for about another half an hour before I wanted to feed Prince and the rest for a bit. I looked around for Julius and Jason, which was pretty hard with everyone around me. After some time though, I found them talking to this older couple. They looked very similar to Julius, so I assumed they were his parents.

Once I walked up, I said, "Hello." All of them turned to me and smiled. Julius came and wrapped his arm around my waist. Jason came and stood next to me. The couple smiled and introduced themselves as Julius' parents, as I expected. They explained how they came to see his new mate. They also mentioned that they live down the road from the pack house being that they no longer needed to be there because they were no longer alpha and luna. I told them about what happened with my life before I met my mates and about how I was found by Jason.

After all the introductions I told Jason and Julius about feeding Prince. They mentioned going to the store to get him food which I complied with. While Jason went to get the food, Julius and I went outside to let Prince do his business.

"So, do you like the pack?" Julius suddenly asked me.

I chuckled at him. "Yes, why wouldn't I, they are all nice and so welcoming." After telling him that, we stayed quiet watching Prince run around smelling everything in sight. I love watching him, he is the most energetic, crazy, dog you would ever meet. When I saw Prince run past me, I looked and seen that Julius was running after him and they were playing with each other. My heart swelled at that. Seeing them bond is the greatest thing to see. I especially loved seeing Julius loosen up, he looked like a child with a big smile running around.

When they both finally tired out, we went inside and he showed me his room, or our  room now. Prince of course ran around smelling the room. I then thought about a dog bed and knew that we would need one. I mentioned it to Julius, who said he had it covered. I saw him get out his phone and call Jason, I assume.

"Hey man, do you think you can also pick up a dog bed too?.......Yeah, probably a medium sized one......Yes get a big bag, duh.......Alright see you soon, bye." Julius hung up the phone and told me that Jason was getting one. I thanked him and gave him a hug.

Today had been such a long day. Meeting my mates for the first time, which I thought I would never have, being that I am a human. I met a huge pack, and one of my mate's parents. I am ready to go to bed. I jump on Julius' bed and closed my eyes. I felt the bed dip, and an arm wrap around me. I smiled knowing that it was my handsome mate. I felt a breath right above me so I opened my eye. Julius was staring at me with such love in his eyes, which I think was shown in my eyes as well. I giggled. "Why are you looking at me like that?"

"I know we just met and it hasn't even been a day yet, but I love you, Alexis." He smiled and kissed my lips. Instantly I felt the sparks again and I couldn't help but kiss him back. I wrapped my arms around his neck, and pulled him closer to me. He positioned himself between my legs and held himself up by his hands. He kissed down my neck and when he found my sweet spot, I moaned. He smiled and kissed it harder, which made me moan louder.

"Ehem!" We jumped apart and looked towards the door, where we seen Jason. He looked at me with lust in his eyes and also slight anger. "You guys couldn't have waited until I got here to do that?"
