"GOD DAMMIT!" beomgyu shouted in defeat as his best friend beat him in their game for the nth time.
"why challenge me if you're just going to lose everytime?" kai asked with a raised eyebrow.
"shut up, let's play again! ill surely win this time and you'll have to pay up." the older said with confidence.
"the only thing that will happen is i win AGAIN, and you holler for a rematch." the raven said with an eye roll.
before beomgyu could even argue back, his mother called them for dinner.
beomgyu glared at the younger before placing his controller on to the coffee table. they both headed to the kitchen, the smell of newly cooked food filling their noses instantly.
"c'mon boys, make your plates." beomgyus father told them as he handed some glass plates.
"thanks." huening said with a smile.
"of course dear!" mrs. choi said with an even brighter smile, motioning him toward the food.

"im stuffed bro." beomgyu said as he rubbed his belly and groaned.
"i can see." kai said with a smirk before screaming due to beomgyu hitting him harshly on the stomach.
"ouch!" the younger complained.
"hey boys, can y'all run out and get some desserts for me and your mom? you can get yourselves some too, ill give you enough money." beomgyus dad asked.
"oh sure. what desserts?" the grey haired boy asked.
"anything you know we would like. here's some money!" the middle aged man said as he grabbed a $20 bill from his wallet.
"thanks, we'll go now then!" beomgyu informed, grabbing the money from his father before calling hueningkai over so they could go together.
the pair took their time walking, not sure what cafe they'll even get desserts at.
"oh! the other day when i bought us doughnuts i found a pretty good cafe we can go to more often. funny thing is the cashier had broke his phone so i helped him fix it! he's pretty nice." beomgyu rambled.
"that's cool. do you know if he's there today, just in case he breaks his phone again." kai joked.
"thatd be funny. im not sure though, last time he was alone and it was around this time!"
the two made their way to a certain cafe, beomgyu didn't realise but he looked forward to see a certain someone, for some reason.
once they finally arrived at their destination, beomgyu lead the younger into the shop. as they walked inside, there wasn't a specific boy that beomgyu was looking for but a girl with long brown hair.
