Chapter 6:

Once we got to the mall, Luke took me to all the places I wanted to go. Then took me to eat. Now I'm back at the house in my room. I was bored so I pulled out some nail polish for tomorrow and my floral print dress, I rarely wear dresses, but I really like this one. Luke made me take my pills again, but I told him that it won't help again. But of corse, he NEVER LISTENS! Why do men have to be so stubborn! There was a knock on my door and I groaned, not wanting to go and open it

"Who is it?" I asked

"Luke." he said

"Go away!" I mumbled into my pillow. Then a few seconds later there was another knock

"What do you want Luke!" I growled

"It's not Luke, it's Ashton." and I knew it was him because of the voice. I ran up to the door and opened it. Then heard Luke grumble a "Come on!" I giggled then sat on my bed

"If you have another dream, I'll be down the hall if you need me okay?" he asked and I smiled

"Thank you Ashton." and hugged him tight

"Your welcome babe. Now go to sleep." he murmured and I nodded and yawned at the same time as he turned my light off. I quickly changed into my pjs in the dark and then climbed into my bed.

*Dream*

"Daddy? come on wake up you guys! stop playing games!" I tried to convince myself but it didn't seem to be working

"Mummy! don't die! I still need you!" I sobbed then grabbed my things in the back of the car and then kissed all their foreheads before leaving

*End of Dream*

I shot up in my bed, screaming and crying at the same time, I was surprised at myself. I didn't know that this was humanly possible. Ashton came running in the room and ran up to me

"It's okay babe, your okay, I've got you." he cooed as I sobbed
Then Luke ran in and saw my tear stained cheeks. then turned away.

"It's not like you want me here." he spat and walked off

I looked up at Ashton and he shrugged

"How about we talk more later, you can wake up now, it's six thirty." he said and I nodded

"I'll leave you be then come downstairs for breakfast." he smiled then walked out. Once he did, I locked it and walked into the bath room and locked that then I turned on the water then stripped and got in. Once I was done, I wrapped a towel around my slender body and then pulled on some underwear and a clean white bra so it wouldn't show through my dress, then I pulled that on. I did some simple make up and brushed my hair and teeth before walking back into my room and painted my nails

"Hey Ashton." I said once I made my way down stairs. He stopped and stared at me then smiled

"Morning love." he said then handed me a bowl of cereal. I thanked him then made my way to the table. After my breakfast, I made it back to my room and was about to close the door until I found Luke sitting on my bed.

"Get out." I said sternly but he just chuckled and stared at me for a while. I started to feel uncomfortable so I was about to turn away until he grabbed my arm and pulled me back to face him

"Your beautiful." he smirked and I could feel my cheeks flush.

Stop it Brooke. I scowled to myself

"Did I just make you blush?" he smirked and I shook my head

"No now get out, your mad at me and I'm kinda mad at you, now leave." I said giving him a push which didn't help at all

"Meet me downstairs." he smirked and I shook my head again

"No!" I said then slammed the door in his face then locked it.
