I ignored Kaz and proceeded to check Maeve's instagram.

"Caelan, we have visitors" sabi ni mama bago isinara yung pinto ko.
Visitors, sino kaya yun?
Bumaba ako at umupo sa sofa namin, hindi alam kung sino yung mga bisita.
"Caelan" tinatawag na naman ako ni mama.

"Hi tita, tito" ngiti ko
"Ah Caelan, it's been years! Kamusta kana?" Tanong ng mama ni Maeve
"I'm fine po, how's states?"
"Okay lang naman, maeve you two catch up alright?" Ngumiti yung mama nya bago lumingon kay Maeve
Tumango lamang sya at 'di ako tinignan sa mata.
"Dun tayo sa room ko" tumango na naman sya at sumunod sakin, di ko alam anong problema nya but i can see that her problem is deep like Mariana Trench.
Hindi ako kinausap ni Maeve perp tumitingin sya sa mata ko.
Then her notifications blew up, may tawag tas may text pero di niya pini-pick up yung phone and she doesn't respond to the texts.
"You should pick that up.." sabi ko
She answered the call with frustration.
The call was loud enough for me to hear so naki eavesdrop ako.
"What?."
"Face time?"
"No! I can't face time you right now"
"Please? Where are you?"
"I'm at some old friends house."
"Boy or a girl?"
"Why do you care huh? diba may girlfriend kana?"
"I'm just trying to protect you"
"Protect me? You should protect your girl, she's out there partying"
"What do you mean?"
"I suppose she hid her story from you. Make a dummy acc and see for yourself"
