*Later that day*

Emma walks through the hallway looking for room 205, which was a little tricky but eventually she found it with the help of the elevator. She enters the room quietly and sees the teacher that was supposed to be keeping an eye on them, leaning back in her chair with her feet on the desk taking a nap. Emma's eyes met with Regina's and she couldn't help but smile. "Hi I'm Em.." Emma says, instantly cut off by a sexy stern tone. "Please don't talk to me. I know who you are. You're the bitch that got me detention, I hope you're happy." Regina hisses as she looks back down and keeps reading her book. Emma just shrugged and sat down quietly at the desk next to Regina's, looking over to see what book she was reading. "Is that war and peace? I.." Emma was cut off again. "Didn't you hear what I just said. I have nothing to say to you. That little stunt you pulled is going to go on my record, not to mention will ruin my chance of getting into a good college. What's worse is, I'm going to be in hell of a lot of trouble. I don't even know why I'm telling you this. Not like you care. So thanks a lot." Regina's voice was raised this time, as she slams her book shut. She looked so cute when she was mad, especially when her nose scrunched up. "Shh you're going to wake the sleepy lady." Emma looks over pointing at the teacher still sleeping soundly as ever. "Her name is Aurora," Regina whispers. Emma sighs and sits on her desk facing Regina. "Look I'm really sorry, but you don't have to be worried about your parents finding out or you getting in trouble. I'll take care of it, my mom's the new principal." Emma said. Regina looks up with that death stare again. "Are you kidding me? WOW.. Of course she is. I'm surprised you're even in here. I'm assuming you get away with murder. What did you do now? Call mommy a bad word." Regina teases instigating, rolling her eyes. "Sure, your mom is Principal MM Blanchard, you don't even have the same last name. "You must be adopted or something?" Regina said. Emma shakes her head laughing. "No, I'm not... wait, how do you know my name?" she asks intrigued. "Did you ask about me or something?" She leans slightly forward looking at Regina. "No stupid I did no such thing. Umm.. we have five classes together Duh..." Regina was clearly lying through her teeth. "Why out of all people would I even ask about you. I couldn't care less." She rolls her eyes. "Yea sure. You totally asked about me!" Emma smirks, she could totally tell Regina was lying. She used her super power. She always knew when someone was lying. "Whatever jerk. I'm still mad at you. And I'm not talking to you" Regina snaps and opens her book and starts reading again. Emma stands up and smiles down at Regina. "You want to get out of here?" Regina looks up.

"You're kidding right? You're crazy, we're in detention thanks to your dumbass fault. Not all of us have the luxury of having mommy as principle and getting away with murder. Now leave me alone Swan." Regina looks back down at her book. 'Did she just call me Swan; I think she did. She knows my name. Not to mention I kinda really dig that. Damn that's hot.' Emma's thoughts were running in circles around her brain for a few seconds before snapping out of it. She sank into her chair looking up at the ceiling trying to count all the holes, but it was too many so she finally gave up. Emma sat up looking at Regina, "Look I'm really sorry, I didn't mean to cause any trouble or get you into trouble and I promise I'll fix this for you." Emma says sincerely. "Yea yea, I know girls just like you swan." Regina says not bothering to look up from her book. Emma got a little ticked off from her comment. "You know what, you don't know me at all. I said I was sorry and I meant it and if you can't take my apology and accept it well then that's on you." Emma raises her voice a little. Regina looks up and there goes that vein again, popping out from her forehead. "Excuse me, I don't know who you think you are or what you're trying to do. But I don't have time for your little silly games, and I don't owe you anything. It's your fault I'm in here. It's your fault I'm missing practice. You don't know anything about me. And I would like to keep it that way." Regina snaps and looks at Emma. She was ticked off to the max. Emma stood up and looked at Regina. "Look we don't know each other and we started off on the wrong foot, but I'd like to get to know you. I tend to put my foot in my mouth. Can we start over? I promise no more note passing, hair pulling, immature childish behavior I promise." Emma says as she puts her hands up in surrender. Regina looks up at her and nodes. "Fine but don't expect me to be all rainbow kisses and unicorn stickers. Now if you don't mind, I'd really like to get back to my book. I have a paper due on it." "Okay I'll stop talking." Emma sits and zips her mouth, throwing away the key. The time seemed to be going so slow and Emma was starving. She could hear her stupid stomach growling, so she decided to get food. "Screw this." She stood up grabbing her bag and heading towards the door. "You're leaving? I mean not like I care or anything, because I really don't but we still have two hours left." Regina says, trying to act casual. "Yea, no I'm not going to wait that long. I'm starving and I need food pronto so I'm out. You're welcome to join." Emma offers. "Yea sure just expect me to leave and forget about this horrid day all because of food. I mean I do love me some food." Regina says, trying to convince herself. She knew this was a terrible idea and she couldn't believe she was about to say yes. "So is that a yes or no?¿ I'm not really sure. Times a ticking. I need to know." Emma says smiling hoping Regina would join her. Regina grabs her book, placing it in her backpack and looks over at Emma. "Only if you buy me food." Regina smirks. "Deal." Emma says. "Oh, and don't be getting any ideas. I'm still mad at you, and you're on very thin ice Swan." She adds as she looks over to see Aurora still sleeping. Emma nods and puts her hand to her head and salutes to Regina. "Yes ma'am." They both slip out and walk through the halls to the parking lot in silence.
