Why?

Well, I don't know why you want to read this bullshit... but here you are. Yay... ok, so let me think... my life, well it started out pretty normal. I woke up, got dressed, ate food, and headed to the bus stop. Luckily, I avoided my mothers morning rants. I was already on kik, I was talking to the only people that ever get me in this world, my best friends. They are, amber, dylan, jodie, danae, and sapphire. We were talking on the group chat about random stuff. Dylan and jodie both rode my bus, so they were both the first people I saw every morning. The bus came and I got on. I sat next to jodie and dylan. "Sup" dylan said. "Hi" I replied. Jodie looked at me and smiled. "Hey cuz!" She said happily. "Hi" I said while smiling. We all continued to talk to sapphire, amber, and danae. When the bus reached the school we all got off and headed to the gym to wait for the bell. Sapphire, amber, and danae sat all the way on the left side, at the top of the bleachers. We sat together and started talking. I made a joke and sapphire lightly slapped my arm and laughed. Little did she know that the night before, my mom was drunk and hit me repetitively on that spot. It hurt like hell but I played it off and laughed along. I looked around and realized that Dylan was watching me closely. "Dy? You ok there?" I asked. (Yes her nickname is dy like die... and yes, she's a she) dylan smiled a small smile, "I should be asking you that" she responded. Dylan, sapphire, jodie, danae, and Amber, all knew about my problems and Dylan was going through the same thing. They all supported me and helped me feel better when I was angry or sad. Dylan could read you like a book, she always new when someone was sad or unhappy, no matter how much you tried to hide it. "I'm fine" I replied. "What's wrong?" Everyone asked me. Just as I was about to answer, the bell rung and we were dismissed to our first hour. Saved by the bell....kinda.
