I headed home after school on the bus. I said bye to Dylan and Jodie and walked home. I was two houses away from mine, and I could hear my mom screaming at my sister. I knew she was drunk. I sighed aloud, knowing what was gonna happen. I prepared myself for what was coming. I walked in and heard the screaming coming from the kitchen. I tried rushing to my room unnoticed, but my mom saw me and shouted for me to go over to her. Fuck my lifeeee. I rolled my eyes and turned to my mom. I was greeted with a slap to the face. "DIDN'T I TELL YOU DO ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING IN THIS HOUSE?! IT'S A MESS!" She shouted. I could already feel the redness in my face. "Calm down, the house is clean mom" I replied calmly. She slapped ny arm hard and continued to throw insults at me. I just stood there and tried not to cry. I felt so useless, a waste of space, a mistake. I let her finish, and walked to my room. My arm was burning from all the hits it had taken. I got on kik and spoke to everyone. They knew something was up, so I gave in and told them. They always took the time out of their lives, to spend time with me. I felt wanted with them, like, I had a purpose in life. But all of that has a time to end. I heard my mom screaming downstairs and the door slam. Oh my god... She just kicked my sister out...
