Alex held the side of her cheek, shaking just barely at how close it was to her eye. She looked at the pink-haired girl.
Jaxx jumped in front of the two, protecting Alex from the supposed threat
"I'll ask again, who are you?" She waved the knife, as if telling them to hurry up their answer.
"What's it to you?" Jaxx asked
"Oh nothing really, just wanna be sure you're not planning anything. After all, what's a better way to establish trust than telling someone your name?"
"Then how about you tell us yours?"
"Alright. You can call me Den, now, what's your name?"
Jaxx scowled, but told her "I'm Jaxx, this is Alex. We're a shared channel, along with some other friends of ours. But I don't think they're even here."
Den's knife disappeared, she sighed "Well then, that wasn't so hard. Now, what're you planning to do?" she pointed at the other contestants who were on their platform. There were about 10 of them, which meant there were 13 in total.
Alex stood up "Maybe try to talk? Figure out what's going on and even plan what to do next?"
Den shrugged "If that's what you think will work."
Jaxx seemed disgruntled with this alliance Den had seemingly made with them. But knew that he didn't have much of a choice when it came to unknown places, the more the better.
All three decided to go over to the others, preparing for the worst.
