Doctor Turner, Mrs Turner, Sister Julienne, Nurse Franklin, Nurse Gilbert, Sister Winnifred and Nurse Dyer were all sat around the table, in the dining room, trying to find out what diagnosis Mrs Ueuk has.

"Mrs Turner? What are you doing here?" Nurse Crane asked politely.

"Oh! Hello Nurse Crane! The same reason everyone else is here, to try and find Mrs Ueuk's diagnosis." She replied.

"But you're not medically trained." Nurse Crane started to raise her voice a little.

"Oh, I am! I'm a trained Nurse and Midwife."

"Who trained you? Your husband? Listen, Mrs Turner. You may be the doctor's wife, but that doesn't make you a nurse!"

Everyone gasped and looked at Mrs Turner then to Nurse Crane. Mrs Turner didn't respond, just stared at Nurse Crane, with fierce eyes.

"Well go on then! Chop chop! Don't you have four lovely children to say goodnight to?"

Mrs Turner looked around the table and saw everyone shaking their heads, some mouthing 'no'. She was sat next to Doctor Turner and he rested his hand on her's and squeezed it gently.

She pulled the chair right back, purposely making it creak, gathered her notes in a neat pile and was just about to give them to Sister Julienne, for her to examine, but she was interrupted my Nurse Crane again.

"Aren't you going to took your chair in, Mrs Turner?"

"Oh, well, I thought you were going to sit there, given you're the professional one." She glared at her before turning round and managing to fetch the notes to Sister Julienne. She exited the room and everyone immediately shot eyes to Nurse Crane, all looking very angry.

As if nothing had happened, Nurse Crane took Mrs Turner's chair, sat down, scooped it under the table, and smiled at everyone, who were still all glaring at her, apart from Nurse Gilbert, Nurse Dyer and Sister Winnifred, who didn't know she was originally Sister Bernadette. She obtained her noted from her bag and chucked them down on the table, with a fuss.

"Nurse Crane, I don't think you understand who Mrs Turner actually is."

"Oh, I do, she thinks she's smarter than everyone else, pretending she knows everything about this and that to do with medical stuff, but she really doesn't. She just does that cute and innocent smile that she does and suddenly everyone's on her side. She makes a great receptionist, but she doesn't make a good nurse. If she's picked thing up from you Doctor, obviously because she lives with you, then fair enough, but she still isn't medically trained! And-"

"Oh stop rambling, Nurse Crane!" Doctor Turner broke her off. "You're talking about her not knowing her stuff, but it's the complete opposite! You have no idea who, or what, you are talking about! Take a look at my notes and right now, at the top of your head, think what Mrs Ueuk's diagnosis could be. Go on!" She stared down at the paper, oblivious. "Exactly. Did you know that she was a nurse and midwife, here, at Nonnatus house?" She looked at his with wide eyes, completely clueless.

"But, she can't have been, I memorised the staff list off by heart, all the current and former nurses and midwives!"

"Ah, but you see, she isn't wrote down as Shelagh Turner on the staff list, she's wrote down as Sister Bernadette."

Nurse Crane looked just as shocked as Nurse Gilbert, Nurse Dyer and Sister Winnifred.

"What? She was a nun?" Nurse Gilbert blurted out. "Sorry." She giggled.

"But, it said Sister Bernadette had worked here for over a decade!"

"Exactly. Mrs Turner might not be "medically trained" but Sister Bernadette sure was!"

Nurse Crane turned and looked at Sister Julienne, who nodded, after Nurse Crane mouthed something a long the lines of 'is it true?'
