Chapter 3: Vanish

(7days later)

I woke up at sunset in my room I usually wake up at sunset, I'm one of the best hashira's being trained under Gyomei. I look to my right and see Mukago at my side. She's tossing and turning I hear mumbles under her breathe. I sigh

Y/N: Kibutsuji is giving her a nightmare again

He must've been taught by lower moon one this. I look to the corner of my eye to see someone. Or maybe he's here already. Enmu standing at the corner smiling he then speaks.

Enmu: that dream will eat at her brain eventually killing her, currently lord muzan is ripping her apart

My veins pop put

Enmu: she is going to die!

He laughs as I jump put of bed

Y/N: like hell I'm gonna let that happen! You tell muzan to stay away from her actually...

I pulls out my sword charging at Enmu

Y/N: I'll tell him myself!

I decapitate Enmu and open a portal kicking Enmu and his head through closing it Mukago wakes up screaming and crying. Out of all the times she woke up this is the worst I clench my fist. What did Muzan do this time?

Mukago: Y/N!

She runs up to you and hugs you really hard and buries her face in your chest. You put her hand on her head as she looks up at you.

Mukago: m-muzan killed you and me to forced e-eat you...

I lean in and kiss her as I feel her relax

Y/N: it's ok Mukago he won't be able to do that without lower moon 1

I look at where he was

Y/N: he's been taken care of

Mukago: I thought you don't like to kill demons

Y/N: I don't but noone tries to kill you and thinks they'll get away with it

Mukago smiles and kisses your cheek

Mukago: come on I'll make you... uhhh *looks outside to see what time it is*

You laugh slightly she still gets confused

Y/N: you can call it breakfast to me my nights are my days

Mukago smiles her eyes sparkling

Mukago: right!

I head downstairs and she's making udon with a cup of green tea she sets the stuff on the table as you walk over she blushes and you ruffle her hair.

Y/N: I got a hashira meeting in 1 hour you'll have to stay here ok?

Mukago: no, take me with you

Y/N: it's not safe, if Sanemi sees you he'll...

She grabs your hand

Mukago: it'll be ok...

I take a deep breath and nod my head, we arrive to the masters hideout I see all the hashiras looking at Mukago mumbling she looks worried.

Y/N: uh hey guys

Rengoku: what are you doing with that demon young y/n?

As loud as ever...I sigh holding Mukagos hand as I see Sanemi charging at her from afar I sigh again as I trio sanemi.

Sanemi: what are you doing you idiot?!

Y/N: protecting the one I love...

Everyone: whaaa?!

Mitsuri: (oh what a beautiful sight! Demon and human in loving hands I just can't take it!)

She jumps up and down blushing with a giggle

I walk Mukago to a tree

Y/N: stay here love ok... if he shows up give me a holler

Mukago: ok Y/N

She kisses my cheek

Mukago: good luck! And be careful please

Mukago pov

After the hashira meeting concluded regarding to a boy and his sister who became a demon. I see Y/N and Rengoku walking as they discuss the mugen train mission being called off dye to the defeat of lower 1. I feel someone grab me by the back of the throat and pick me up I couldn't breathe I hear Y/N yell.

Y/N: KIBUTSUJI!!!! PUT HER DOWN!

Rengoku: Kibutsuji?!

Muzan: stay back

He tightens her grip, the other hashira notices and rush to our aid as he tells me.

Muzan: you want to see her again, well you have 1 year to kill me or else she will die.

He smiles

Y/N yell in a voice cracking voice

Y/N: you are on, you better pray Kibutsuji! IM GONNA KILL YOU YOU HEAR ME YOU ARE FUCKING DEAD!

You throw a rock at Kibutsuji as he and Mukago disappears. My eyes wide I start trembling I fall on my knees as Mitsuri puts her hand on my back.

Mitsuri: Y/N... we'll get her back...

Y/N: Mukago... I'm coming for you... and Kibutsuji, if you like being a demon so much, I'll send you to hell.

Your eyes glow red
