love and to be loved

I want to fall in love someday. Not pushed to love. It's a hard difference. But once it's gone, it's clear as day. I want to love someone like how books tell a story about star-crossed lovers. I want to experience a love that doesn't have sides or black-and-whites. To be loved as one, as whole and important. To feel as though you have another half to share your whole being with. To be seen not as a thorn at their side, but a flower that sprouted on the soft grass. A love that's gentle, small and easy. Not feeling controlled by the fragility of it, but by accepting it as a beautiful risk.
