From the day that she associated herself with the Lords of Crime, Y/N didn't get a brink of sleep. She just stood awake for the nights, wondering when they were going to call for her? She kept obsessing over it night after night. She never imagined that professor Moriarty could turn out to be such an anarchist. He'd been so sweet and carefree with her always. Albert was too, such a empathetic and caring and young man. She could never imagine him actually being capable of taking someone's life, even if they were corrupt. Louis seemed like a very kind and a well-balanced lad too, from what Y/N could decipher from his behavior, from when she had met him, a couple days ago. All that she could think in those moments was their next move prepared for her and in what mess she got herself into, all because she got a little to close with William.

Y/N looked over the window and realized it was already six in the morning. She couldn't believe that the hours have passed so quickly and a new day was about to begin. Had the thoughts that she'd been obsessing about stolen her sanity? She only felt like she's been thinking about this whole affair for ten minutes.

Without being capable of taking it anymore, Y/N got off the bed and started to get ready for the day. She washed her face, braided her hair and got dressed nicely in a dress this time. She really liked to wear her dresses in the house and her father prohibited her to appear in front of him waring pants and shirts or vests for men...

After she was ready, she got out of her room and headed for the kitchen of the house. She greeted the maids in the kitchen and asked if her father was home. They said that her father was in his study with a guest of his. Y/N sighted, because she would've liked to spend some time with her father, just the two of them. On the rare occasions that Lord L/N makes an appearance at home, he is always with some guest or working.

Y/N prepared some lavender tea for her father and told the maids not to worry, because she was going to serve them. She wondered who came to visit her father so early in the morning though...

As she walked the entire long hallway, at the end of it was a balcony on the middle and on the left side of the wall was her father's office.

- Father, are you in here? I have brought some tea and cookies for you...

- Yes, my dear Y/N. Enter, enter! exclaimed a voice from the inside.

Y/N put the tray down for one minute, twisted the doorknob to open the door, then lifted the tray from the ground and entered into the room elegantly.

- Did you came late again last night father? You really kept me waiting for you, said Y/N looking down at the tray, not expecting someone else to greet her first.

- Hello again, Lady Y/N..., someone said in a very suave voice

Y/N then froze in her place as she recognized that velvety voice, that could either caress your ears in such a gently, pleasant manner, or bring you the most cruel death sentence in such non-malicious ways. As these thoughts perished from her imagination, she lifted her gaze and saw Albert Moriarty fixing her with his intense gaze and giving her a warm smile. The nerve this man had to show his face in front of her father whose daughter, he and his brothers had been threatening, was irritating her. Honestly, she wanted nothing more than to smack him on the head with that tray, but she couldn't. It was like she couldn't stay mad with Albert for long. He had such an innocent and kind look on his face that you could swear on your life that he didn't kill a fly in his life. It goes without saying, that he was looking at her so empathetically and in his green eyes you could read that he was sorry for what they were going to put her through.

Y/N really didn't know what to say. She just walked to her father's desk, put the tray down, served him and Albert some tea and cookies with an expressionless face.
