The anniversary - 4

Today was the day. The day your beloved boyfriend came home after travelling the world for a few months. It was also your anniversary and you couldn't wait to finally see him again. For the last few months of the year, Harry and the rest of the boys had left to tour for their new album. You had spoken to Harry on the phone a few times and even spoken on Skype, but you were more than ready to have him back with you.

Today marked a solid year of togetherness. It seemed so surreal to think that you dated Harry for a whole year. It seemed like just yesterday you were that girl still recovering from heartbreak until you met Harry at Grimmy's party. And after that the rest was history.

As you waited in a private part of the airport, a large figure came into view entering the airport. Bag slung over your shoulder with sunglasses on his head, it was none other than your boyfriend. The man who was gone for the last few months of your first year together. When he spotted you, a smile spread across his face. You immediately ran to him screaming like a little girl. It was as if Christmas had come too soon.

Harry dropped everything he had as you jumped into his arms. He hugged you tightly as he spun you around before laying you back on the floor."Hello baby," he smiled."I missed you so much, handsome." You smiled. You noticed his appearance. Only a few months had changed him. His hair was longer than last time and his skin was nicely tanned.

"You look good," you smiled as he planted a kiss on your lips."Yes? My hair has grown out a bit. Gets a bit tangled when I wash it." He pouted."I like it, honey. It suits you, pretty and sexy." You grinned. Harry picked up his bags again and grabbed your hand with his free one."Hailey said to say hello to you." You smiled as you both walked to the car waiting for you outside.

"Nice. Glad you're staying with me tonight, got some things planned for us."As the two of you loaded up the car and hopped into the back seat, the driver sped to Harry's apartment so the two of you could finally catch up and enjoy each other's company.

"I thought maybe we'd try this new fancy restaurant just down the road? I heard it was amazing. Niall said he took his girlfriend there for their anniversary and they loved it." Harry called from the bathroom.

"Sounds good to me, how fancy are we talking? You know I don't want anything over the top."It's not too exaggerated, but it's our night. I thought you might be up for a romantic night."Romantic night. They knew something like this would come up. You and Harry hadn't pulled the trigger on intimacy yet, but after being together for a year, you were certainly ready. 

Conversations between you and Hailey played in your head."I think you should just prepare yourself in case it happens, it's your anniversary after all and he'll probably want to be romantic with you and show you he loves you."I know I just haven't done anything like this in a while and the thought of being intimate with Harry makes me sick."

"Do you trust him?"I do, yes."Then don't worry. If you trust him then let it happen. He'll take care of you, I'm sure."Harry's voice snapped you out of your thoughts."Y/N? Are you alright?"Yes. Yes, I'm fine. Romantic night. Sounds good." You tried to sound convincing."Then let's go," Harry whispered, sending you a warm smile. He was dressed in a black suit and boots while you were dressed in a short black dress with heels.
