Trip to Canada

Layla's POV
We hop on our private jet and fly to Canada. After the long exhausting flight. We go to a small house near Leo's place. I go to Leo's house and I see his friends there. My mom and his parents went out on a small picnic together. But I was happy to spend some time with my cousins. I also was lucky because Mira was with me. That night I ordered everyone pizza and we enjoyed our food. I saw that Zuma ad Zahra as well as toby and juliet fell asleep. I took them to bed and went to sleep.
The next day we went home on a long exhausting flight.

Five months later.

It's been months since I got my masters degree.  And I was happy because I also got promoted to head Archeologist.
I would help find anceint treasures and tombs of pharaohs and queens. One day I found a strange scroll in a tomb my team had recently discovered. I saw that it was an egyxosian scroll. We suddenly heard a loud crash. And low and behold it was "Shu the destroyer"   I immediately went to egyxos and warned Kefer.
" Where did you find Shu?" " He was at my workplace and suddenly started attacking us." Kefer seemed concerned and asked my to stay and help him . I agreed.

After a long exhausting fight with Shu. I suddenly began to feel weak and collapsed. The only thing I remember is Kefer's worried expression. I hated seeing him that worried. I was unconcious for a few days. I  suddenly woke up in a room that seemed familiar to me, Kefer's room! I was confused and went back to sleep. I woke up to see Kefer smiling calmly at me. I got up and asked how I got in his room. He explained everything to me, I had passed out from exhaustion after the fight. He spoke with my family to let me rest in egyxos. " I'm sorry if I kept you worried kefer, I should have told you that I had been working alot lately and never got time to rest." " it's alright Layla, I understand that you work to help your family. But it's also important to get rest." I also asked him about the reason behind the necklace he gave me. He said that thousands of years ago after his father left him to rule egyxos. The council urged him to find a queen. He tested all women of age. But none of them passed the trial. He gave up. But when I came to egyxos, he fell in love with me. He gave me the locket, and it turned out that I was the perfect candidate to become queen. I was surprised but I finally understood. I also told him the truth and told him that I also fell in love with him. He came closer and kissed me. I melted in to the kiss I couldn't help but smile at Kefer. I simply put head against his chest and fell asleep.
