It was the morning of the U.A entrance exams, and the Koharu and Bakugo family were gathered on the driveway, bidding farewell to their oldest children.

"Oh please be careful, but I know you'll do amazing!" Emino said, hugging her daughter.

"I will, I will! But me and Katsuki are going to miss our train if you don't let go!" Akari chuckled.

"Sorry, sorry. It's just..where did the time go? I mean, it seems like yesterday you and Katsuki were barely walking." She replied, wiping her watery green eyes.

Akari smiled towards her mother, giving her one last hug. Meanwhile, Katsuki was screeching, fighting to get out of his parents embrace.

"Don't fail." Haru smirked towards his sister.

"Only if you stop being an annoying ass." She retorted sarcastically.

"Okay, Akari, we really have to go now!" Katsuki shouted, finally free from Mitsuki's death grip.

They waved one last time before both teens were on their way to the train station. They waited at the station for about 20 minutes or so, staying in silence and trying to recall all the things they studied for. The pair did the same on the bullet train as well, trying their best to prepare themselves for the worst.

They arrived at the big building and inhaled sharply.

"Well, this is it." Akari mumbled.

Katsuki was about to reply, until he spotted a certain green-haired boy talking with a young girl. He scoffed and made his way over to the shorter male. Akari sighed and stayed put, not really wanting to get involved. She watched quietly from a distance, when suddenly someone bumped into her, causing her to faceplant the ground. Groaning, Akari sat up slowly.

"Oh my god! I am so sorry! I wasn't paying attention."

Akari looked up and faced the much taller female. She was very pretty, that's for sure. She had long dark brown hair that ended just above her elbows, and bright golden eyes. The young girl helped Akari up, apologizing more times than necessary.

"My name is Sora Miura. You can call me Sora though!" She introduced herself.

"Oh erm...Akari Koharu."

Sora was about to continue on with the conversation, when someone stood behind Akari. Katsuki raised a brow at the tall female. Sora narrowed her golden hues at the male.

"Uh...Akari? Do you know him?" She said, pointing towards the male.

Akari spun around and looked up towards the ash-blonde. He looked down at her with a questioning look present on his features.

"Yeah, this is Katsuki Bakugo. We came here together."

"Oh nice to meet you, Bakugo." Sora smiled warmly.

Katsuki scoffed, grabbing Akari's wrist and dragged her away. Sora was left standing there, dumbfounded.

"She was just being nice, Kat." Akari mumbled.

"No time for that bullshit. We have an exam to pass." He smirked.

The written exam was a piece of cake for the two. Now, they gathered with everyone else at the entrance of the physical. The rules were already explained by Present Mic, one of the teachers. Akari played with the ends of her black tank top, fidgeting nervously.

"We are going to pass. Stop worrying." Katsuki mumbled towards her.

She inhaled and nodded slowly. The gates opened, and no one wasted time rushing into the field. Katsuki went feral, exploding every robot within eyesight. However, Akari was being a bit more strategic. She would glitch in front of two robots, then glitch away, watching them crash into each other. This allowed her to get two for one, adding to her points quickly. Soon, the timer went off, alerting everyone to stop.

Akari and Katsuki met up with each other soon after, grinning like idiots. Until Akari collapsed on the ground.

"That was so exhausting." She breathed out.

Katsuki groaned, grabbing her wrists and hauling her up to her feet.

"C'mon, we don't wanna be late for the train, plus I really want to shower." Katsuki scoffed.

They walked down to the station, and waited for the bullet train to take them home. When it arrived, the pair got on, and sat next to each other. It was dark out, the moonlight and a few phones being the only source of light aboard the train. It was so calming, that sleep was poking at the two teens. And they were about to succumb to that desire, until the train stopped abruptly, making a few people fly forward; like Akari. She groaned and fell back into her seat.

"What the fu-"

"EVERYONE GET OFF THE TRAIN! THERE ARE VILLAINS! I REPEAT, GET OFF THE TRAIN!" One of the drivers shouted.

The pair's eyes widened, everyone around them panicking. People were pushing and shoving each other, desperately trying to exit the vehicle. Suddenly, the train was knocked over to its side, making Katsuki, Akari and all the other passengers still aboard fall in random places. Katsuki groaned, wiping the blood off his cheek, broken windows being the cause. His crimson orbs widened, remembering the girl he was with.

"Akari!?" He shouted frantically, standing up.

"Over here!" She shouted back, crawling out from underneath one of the seats.

She had blood on her arm, most likely from the broken glass, along with a few cuts on her freckled face. He rushed over to her small form, helping her up. Katsuki looked up, seeing as some of the windows were above them now, they could crawl out. He helped Akari out first, following her shortly. The pair jumped down, landing in the grass roughly. Akari noticed that the air smelled a lot like...smoke? Katsuki's eyes trailed down to the bottom of the train. There were multiple sparks starting to arise, making his eyes widen in fear.

"Holy shit, Akari we gotta GO!" He shouted, grabbing onto her waist.

Akari held onto him for dear life as he blasted them as far away as possible from the train. The pair crashed into a park. Katsuki and Akari rolled around in the grass before coming to an abrupt stop. The two teenagers layed there in silence, the only noise being their deep, shaky breaths. Katsuki was about to speak, there was a huge boom in the distance. Akari and Katsuki bolted up and watched the explosion from a distance. Akari clung onto his arm, seeking any sort of comfort she could grasp.

Because about 80 people just died. And they were a hair away from being within those people. But little did they know, a pair of bright blue eyes were watching them the entire time.
