Nathan : How are you feeling?
Avery : So much pain...
Nathan : You'll heal Avery.
Avery : Where's Enzo?
Nathan : Working...
Avery : Wow! Why am I not surprised?
Nathan : He's here everyday just not all day.
Avery : You take more care of me than he does.
Nathan : Because I care about you...
Avery : You do?
Nathan : Maybe more than I should..
Avery : -smile- Thank you for everything.

Enzo : -walks in- Love? How are you feeling?
Avery : Still in pain but I'm okay.
Nathan : Hey Enzo? I have a photoshoot in Miami in a few weeks. Why don't you guys come along? I'm sure Avery will be okay by then. What do you say?
Enzo : I'd love that. What do you say love?
Avery : Yeah that sounds great.
Lara : -walks in- Hello hello!
Enzo : What are you doing here?
Lara : I see you're alive.
Avery : You have bad aim.

Lara : She's lying!
Enzo : Did you find the shooter?
Lara : Yes! I killed him.
Nathan : What?
Enzo : Get out Lara.
Nathan : Wait wait wait! What do you mean-

This bitch just opened her fucking mouth! She goes on and on about Avery attempting to escape and what not,

I grabbed her arm and pulled her out of the room.

Enzo : Are you stupid?! Nathan doesn't know anything about the mafia!!
Lara : And how was I supposed to know?!
Enzo : You know damn well he's a celebrity!! They're not aware of these things!
Lara : My bad!
Enzo : Why did you kill the guy?! I told you to take him to the lockup!!
Lara : I forgot...
Giovanni : Enzo, how's your wife?
Enzo : Better.
Giovanni : Who was it?
Lara : We killed the guy.
Giovanni : Who sent him?
Enzo : Lara killed him. Thanks to that I can't figure that out.
Lara : -sigh-
Giovanni : I know Lara can figure it out.
Lara : ...

Avery's Room

Nathan : Avery, tell me. What was that?
Avery : Pretend you didn't hear that.
Nathan : But-
Avery : Nathan please! It's for your own protection. Let Enzo be the one to explain.
Nathan : Okay...

-phone ring-

Avery : My phone.
Nathan : It's Luciano.
Avery : Oh!

-phone call-

Avery : Hello?
Luciano : Avery! It's so good to hear your voice. How are you?
Avery : I feel better! How are you? How's everything over there?
Luciano : I'm only over here for work but I miss you. Believe it or not.
Avery : -laugh- Ow it hurts to laugh.
Luciano : -laugh- You don't know how scared I was when I found out what happened.
Avery : Aww Luciano! How sweet.
Luciano : Who's with you?
Avery : Nathan.
Luciano : Tell him I said hi.
Avery : Luc says hi.
Nathan : Hi back.
Avery : He says hi.
Luciano : Is Enzo not there?
Avery : He's out in the hallway talking to Lara.
Luciano : Oh. It was nice talking to you Avery but it's late over here.
Avery : Thank you for calling. Take care Luc!
Luciano : You too! -ends call-

Enzo : -walks in- Who called you?
Avery : My brother in law.
Enzo : Hm
Nathan : Are you hungry?
Avery : Yes actually
Enzo : What do you want to eat love? I can sneak in whatever you want.
Avery : Chinese?
Enzo : Consider it done. Nathan come with me? I'll explain everything as we go.
Nathan : Bet!
Celeste : -walks in- Hey!
Nathan : Hi Cel
Enzo : Good to see you again.
Nathan : We'll be back.

Celeste : I brought you a smoothie. No one saw me. Hopefully you don't get in trouble.
Avery : Thank you! Don't worry! You didn't bring your baby?
Celeste : No he's with his dad. I came alone. How are you feeling?
Avery : I'm still in pain but I feel better.
Celeste : Nathan really cares about you.
Avery : He's the sweetest.
Celeste : He even canceled some gigs to be here and take care of you.
Avery : What?! Why did he do that?! Choose me over work?
Celeste : Nathan and Enzo are really good friends. You're no exception.

The guys are taking forever and I'm hungry. I took a sip of the strawberry smoothie and to my surprise it's really good. Smoothies aren't really my thing.

Avery : Mm it's really good.
Celeste : Did I choose right?
Avery : You sure did!

Enzo : How about we eat here? I'm sure your sister will entertain Avery while we go back.
Nathan : Sure
Enzo : Listen Nathan, I don't want to involve you in problems. Therefore, I can't give you much details. I'll admit I'm involved in the business.
Nathan : The Mafia?
Enzo : Yes
Nathan : That's your business not mine. I won't say anything nor will I have a say in anything involving that.
Enzo : Thanks man.

I think I'm starting to understand what Avery has been feeling. It's not about Enzo. It's about the life she has to be living,
