How do you do it?

The pain
The heartbreak
The depression
The absolute dread of existence.
When you feel that,
You would never
Never
Wish that
On anyone.
So be kind.
Be filled with love.
Joy.
Happiness.
It pays off.
It saves others
From all that hurt
You had to experience.
