The New World

Chapter 3

At Earth, or rather the Solis System in general.

People were celebrating in the Entire Solar System, within the Confines of the Domes named "Utopia Domes" inside of various Planets, Dwarf Planets, and Moons, most notably the E-Moon Colony located just outside of Earth and the Mars Colonies scattered in the Red Sandy Fields of Mars.

They were all celebrating the successful contact of another Spacefaring Empire inside of the Milky Way Galaxy, and with that, the Emperor has announced that he would be making a speech regarding the future actions of the United Nations of Earth.

At the Imperial Palace of Earth, situated in the sky.

Theo Tablate was donning his Red Cape, Black Imperial Uniform with his Officers Cap and Cane, he was strolling through the Announcement Chambers and was preparing his Body for the Speech.

"After all we have been through, we are finally unified, no more Wars between our Species, no more Corruption, no more Hunger, and no more Oppression, the deeds me and my Government has made has truly reshaped this World," Theo said in a Deep Voice filled with Relief.

He soon sat down on his Throne, his Beautiful Wife, Madam Victorique Tablate soon sat down with him on his side.

"It surely has changed Humanity, hasn't it Darling? I remember when I first met you, you were just a rigid young male trying to live up to the expectations of everyone in your family, I truly am relieved to see how you have grown to be a mighty and strong ruler capable of commanding Five Trillion People, Demi or not, they are still our fruits of labor." Victorique said as she soon kissed Theo on the cheek.

"Oh, stop that, not here, we need to address the people of our plans remember?" Theo said whilst blushing for a bit,

Victorique sneaked a little grin and soon calmed down and relaxed on her throne.

Finally, however, the rest of the Earths and the Colony Governors and Secretaries arrived, the people here were of course people who held significant power in the Empire, the Shadows of the Tablate Government tasked with providing the Subjects of the Empire their life of Luxury.

"All Five Hundred Governing Bodies and their Assistants have arrived my Lord" the Secretary announced to Theo.

Theo just nodded and waited for the Cameras to finally come on, a few seconds of waiting and they have announced that the Cameras are rolling.

The Entire Empire is Watching this important announcement, Robots, Androids, Humans and the Demi-Humans have stopped what they are doing to listen to the Venerable and Kind Emperor for his Announcement.

"My People, Today is the 500th Anniversary of the Third World War, a War so devastating and so Gruesome that the people of that Time would probably not even imagine that Human Kind would be so advanced that we could even make our own types of Creatures through the use of Genetic Engineering, I would like to commemorate the Announcement to the Fallen Ones of the War, the now Unified Chinese with a more Democratic Movement, as well as the Democratic Unified Korea has truly done wonders to our Technological Advancements today, it should be said that instead of Fighting against one another, we should fight with each other, a war is imminent if we stumble across a Xenophobic Empire, but do not lose hope, we are going to do everything we can to halt that Future, with the Expanded Production of Fifteen New Juggernauts as well as Twenty New Titans, we are currently also building a Ringworld to Support the Increasing Populace inside of the Colonies, as well as an Artificial Planet that would soon be cruising to a Surprise that I would like to show you right now" Theo spoke

The People were truly heartbroken for the people they have lost in the Third World War, with Russia declaring war against the European Union in a Staged Attack against an American Town inside of the United States in America, the Russians used European issued Weapons and Uniforms to stage the Attack inside of the USA, this angered the US and with the Appeals of the EU falling onto deaf ears the US attacked, with Russia backing the USA up, and with the chance to finally reunify, North Korea attacked South Korea along with the Help of China, this soon enraged the US and Japan, with Japan in the Early 21st Century finally abolishing Article 9 and building up its Military Might.
