Whilst the encounter was going on with the three fleets, a peculiar scenario was unfurling in the Homeworld of the Humans.

"And with this, we have formalized a treaty to ensure that our two Empires would never go to war and to help each other in our times of need, essentially an Alliance," The Human Diplomat said to his Counterpart on the unknown species ship.

"I humbly accept the formation of the Alliance; my Emperor is grateful for your cooperation and for enlightening us with your technology Sir Paul," A small lime-colored reptilian said whilst in his Mechanized Armor or more colloquially known as a Mech to the Humans

The small Reptilian wore Robes dyed in Black with an outline of Dark Green complimenting the Reptilians skin, it had large black eyes that could be found in a lizard commonly seen in a house, it had a small tail on its back, the reptilian said that if his tail is cut or he is mortally wounded then the cut tail would regenerate into another copy of him although without his clothes this time, the genetics department wanted to have a treat as to how the regeneration process works and how the copy of the reptilian would even have a consciousness, is it just like the regeneration process of a normal house lizard or is there some determining factor on how the regeneration works?

The reptilian would often be consumed by the questions of the genetics department and every department related to Health and Technology, albeit through the diplomat would these questions ever be laid out and one by one answered by the reptilian.

A/N: Now you're probably wondering what the hell is going on and why is there a diplomat of an alien species on earth that seems to be closely related to the common house lizard, all of these questions will be answered momentarily.

A few hours before the three fleets ever meeting and it was just the two opposing fleets back on the diplomat fleet.

Fighters and every space worthy vessel was being prepared, the Juggernaut was being prepared for departure for their second diplomat fleet, that was until a warp was being detected within the System, at first the Observation Posts and Space Citadel reported no abnormalities, that was until the unknown ship turned into two then three then four the number went up until the once small vessel turned into a fleet of fifty, the juggernaut was primed and ready, interstellar defense systems went online, everyone who was capable of fighting was boarding their ships and fighter craft to confront the unknown fleet, that was until the unknown fleet sent a ping to the Juggernaut and to the Citadel, the ping could only mean one thing, it was trying to open up communications, but thanks to the advanced computer and AI capable of calculations of the Sextillions in a matter of 0.0001 second, it was right now analyzing the patterns on the Voices that were traced back from the incoming call ping, the voice was decrypted and was ready for real-time translation, the wonders that Computers had to the advancements of Humanity was astounding, but there was a fleet incoming and there was no time to admire this piece of technology.

The first to speak was the Juggernaut

"Unknown Fleet you are entering our System, state your business or we shall open fire for breaking multiple laws regarding the proper usage of Space Vessels in our Laws" the Captain and Admiral of the Juggernaut Diplomat Fleet spoke, at first there was nothing going on inside of the call, but all of a sudden the camera of the Unknown Fleet's Forward Ship opened up, it revealed a Toucan the only abnormality was that the Toucan had a torso as big as a average human, its build was slender and it donned clothing of a peculiar design, it had a Officers Cap clad in Blue and White, the Uniform it wore had what looked like medals on his chest, the uniform was colored in Blue with a White and Gold Outline, it was a complete contrast to the Toucan's appearance with a long Orange Beak with a Yellow shade on it, the Toucan look-alike had Black and White feathers with Black being the Primary and the White being the Secondary, only being seen in the Chest and Forward Neck Area, and right beside the open camera of the Forward Ship was the Reptilian, it had the infamous house lizard-like appearance with its exception being that it is actually intelligent and is capable of Speaking.
