*Kokichi's POV*
I was honestly shocked by the despair filled truth,
"N-no S-shuichi, . . . p-please tell me this is a lie. Cause I'm pretty sure this is a. . ." Shuichi stood silently while staring at me, then with a smile he responded,
" You still think it's a lie," he chuckled then continued
"Oh Kokichi, do you really still think that I was the 'Protagonist' in this despairful game". My eyes started to tear up even more,but I wanted to sob right there, but now wasn't the time. *But that was it, the one person who was at least not boring was the person behind this sick game.* Silence was started to fill the room, but ended shortly after Shuichi gasped
"Oh wait I forgot to tell you, I still have something for you" He said. I was disturbed, that I started saying my thoughts out loud,
" What else could it be,you already told me about you being the mastermind" I said but at the same time I was still curious,
"Well, that's true but, here it is!" Shuichi had shown me a flashback light. *An flashback light, why does he want give me a flashback light*
"I know you may be confused but I just need to check to see if it still works, okay,"
"I am still confused as to why give me a flashlight when you could've given me Panta,". I complained, trying to cheer myself up. Sooner or later, Shuichi counted three to one, flashed the flashlight in my face, and then everything went black.
*Pre-Game Kokichi's POV*
When I woke up, I found myself in an unknown room which was very strange and weird. In front of me was Shuichi Saihara, my close friend who goes to another high school. But as I examined his body he was wearing odd clothes similar to his school uniform but still so... different. Then he started talking,
"Hey Kokichi, how are you?"
"I'm Great Shuichi, but where are we?"
"We're in the new season of Danganronpa just like you always wanted." *Wait, I was in Danganronpa! But I thought they wouldn't let me in, my audition was kinda lame.* While thinking, Shuichi interrupted ,
"Plus amazing news, I'll be the mastermind,"Shuichi said with joy " and I was wondering if you wanted to help me out as in a-,"Before he could continue someone appeared it was the black and white bear himself, Monokuma! " Hold up kid, you know the rule book from front to back, and you know you can't have too Masterminds that might break the game," Monokuma complained then looked at me,"Hey kid, I get Shuichi wants you to join him as a Mastermind but we CAN'T have that. So how about being a traitor instead?" When the words came out of his mouth I was in complete joy so I respond with glee,
"How could I say no, of course I'll help you two out through this killing game!"
Shuichi's POV
*This is just perfect, Kichi and I are partners now. Although I wanted him to be a Mastermind with me, a traitor is much better than not having him.This brings me so much joy. I'd also realized that this took quicker than needed to. But now since he accepted, I'll bring his memories back.
