chapter 2: doing the right thing.

Anna woke up in her bedroom back at the castle in arendelle unable to remember what happened or how she got there to begin with.

The last thing she remembered was running away the night before Elsa's coronation ceramony and ending up far north in the mountains where her powers couldn't hurt Elsa or anyone else. Then Elsa appears and they argue about controlling her powers.

After that she didn't remember anything else as it was all a blur.

As she looked around she noticed that her entire room was completely covered in ice almost as if done intentionally by Elsa.

For what reason she didn't know but probably had a good idea as to why.
Even her bedroom door was frozen shut along the frame and hinges.

Anna then said.

"If Elsa thinks this is going to hold me back she's sadly mistaken!!!.
You might be the ice queen and my sister but I'm the princess of fire here big sis!!!."

Anna then placed her hand on the door and focused her magic abilities to melt the ice.

She would have succeeded but unfortunately the room was so cold that she unable to fully thaw her way out of her own room.

It pained Elsa to see her sister in such a desperate state. She thought she was doing what was best for her sister.
It turned out she was making things worse. Maybe she was right.

Perhaps she made Anna's room too cold for her powers to become stable.
But at the very least Anna wouldn't be a danger to the people around her anymore. At least she was home.

Elsa the said to herself.

"I'm sorry Anna. But this is what's best for your own good. I'm doing this to protect not just you but the people as well. I'm sorry but this is the only way I could think of to help you.

I will not make the same mistake our parents did. I'm not going to just hide you away from the world like they did to us. I'll find a way to fix this. I promise you that much little sister."

The ice around the door was then replaced with a new thicker layer while the wall was also covered in ice.

Anna wanted her freedom.
But her freedom was what caused her to be in this mess to begin with.
Mend the bond the trolls said.

Learn to control her power Anna must they said. If only it were that easy for her to do. Jealousy. Anger.
Rage. Freedom. Even passion was what fueled Anna's powers.

But if an act of true love could thaw a frozen heart. What was it that could calm a raging flame???. What kind of act could stop a force of nature that destroyed everything it touches???.

Elsa then said to herself.

"What am I going to do???.
If I keep her locked up I'm no different from what mother and father did.
But if I let her out she might destroy everything again. What should I do??.

Maybe there's something in mother and father's studies that has the answers i need. I just hope I find them before Anna loses control again."

Just then a loud explosion was heard followed by the smashing of glass.

(BOOM!!!. SMASH!!!)

Apparently Anna had gotten annoyed and destroyed her window allowing her to escape. But that begged the question. How could Anna have done so if Elsa made certain she froze even the windows shut tightly???.

Elsa ran back to her sister's room and slammed open the door as she did she noticed that it wasn't just the window.

It was the entire wall that was destroyed as red orange and blue flames remained. The heat coming from the other side of the room was so intense she could barely stand.
