Skyler had gone all summer alone, staying to herself with her surf board mending hobby. Sarah had left her for a group of pogues, getting mixed up in unexpected drama and falling in love. Skyler, after going through a lonely summer, then has to morn the death of one of her closest friends, unexpectedly getting a text from the girl that was supposedly dead. With Skylers help in dying need, literally, Sarah sends her with JJ, Pope, and Kie. When it's all said and done, they didn't realize they wouldn't have survived their Charleston journey without her.
Only, Sky hadn't expect to stay longer then one simple favor. She especially didn't expect to get overly attached to one damaged, tough as boards, pogue in the process.
