I woke up in a room, and headed downstairs. The house recalled my memory, and reminded me of previous happenings. I found the dagger in a sheath in my pocket. Today, I would go out and investigate. I opened the front door, and walked outside. A thick fog fiercely fought for it's stay. I found myself heading into the fog. The air was still, and suddenly I couldn't see my feet. I started moving faster, and my body was slowly fading into the fog. I couldn't feel my body, basically numb, not knowing if I was moving. Then I stumbled, blood beating back to my body as I tripped. I hit the ground, and got right back up. I started to take it easy, as I could see and feel my body again, and I came to a door. It wasn't supported by anything, it was just a door, out in the open. I opened it on my better judgement, hoping for security, so naturally, I saw myself into the entrance. I kept my eyes closed, because on the other side was a bright, blinding light. Pain shot through my body on the other side.
