I woke up shivering. My mind was blank but blatantly active, losing track of my postion in the bed. I forgot where I was, but as I got out of the bed, I felt the urge to stretch. I never really had that feeling before, but it came to me like fire to wood. I approached the door, and I realized that I was back in my room. I thought it was a little strange, but it doesn't matter anymore. I went downstairs, into the kitchen, and much to my surprise, there were people! Inside my house, two people, both women, dressed in clothing that looked as if it were styled in the 40's. They stared at me before cautiously communicating. I wasn't sure what to say, seeing as they both seemed satisfied by silence. I approached them, only to see a terrified look on the lady on the right's face.

"What's wrong?" I asked, anxiety attacking me slowly. She didn't reply, but instead melted through the floor along with her associate. The house started breaking down around me, the room filled with dangerous debris, destroying the inside. I couldn't move, and I couldn't help but watch what was happening around me. The whole house started to float away, into the abyss of nothing where the outside was supposed to be. All that remained was just me, a lone figure standing on my staircase. I took a step, then another, and I fell into the vague void, voraciously screaming. No sound came out, and I couldn't hear anything. Where was I going?
