The 4th Prophecy:10 Years later (On Hold)

CHAPTER 3: PARADISE

Her eyes opened to the color of green and brown. Her head popped up. Where am I? 

She looked around at her surroundings. She was on a forest floor,leafs and plants everywhere,there were also beautiful colored plants and vines hanging from the trees. Woah beautiful but she didn't have time to admire the rainforest. She heard a rustle among the bushes. 

Who's there? She growled. 

The bush rustled some more then whatever was in it ran away. Hey come back she ran after the thing. The only way she could tell she was still chasing the thing was the rustle in the bushes it kept running past. She ran past flowers and plants and she thought she saw some tropical birds but maybe that was her imagination. 

She kept running and running until she finally caught up to the thing she pounced on it and she realized the thing was a deer. She let the deer go as it scampered off she thought great all that running and chasing for a deer. She realized that she had stepped into a clearing. The sunlight shown through the canopy making it look like the leafs and plants unusually bright. 

The sun was so welcoming,so peaceful she felt like she could stay here in the sun for hours. As she was looking around she saw little pink things on the ground. She picked one up. One side was pointed the other side was pink and fluffy. 

Suddenly something poked her. Ow she took it out of her scales who-what-can then she collapsed on the ground fast asleep.

She woke up trapped in a net upside down. Who are you? A voice growled. 

Your a RainWing but I've never seen you before are you a spy? No just let me out I didn't do anything. The dragon stepped into the sunlight her scales faded from a light green to a dark green,her eyes were also green too. She also wore a brown pouch. 

Ok I have a few questions the green dragon said. Ok firstly who are you? I'm Paradise she said lying she didn't really know what her name was but until she found out that would be her name. Who are you? Ivy the green dragon said quickly then continued. Anyway second question what are you doing at the bottom of the Rainforest. 

I was...she quickly came up with a lie looking for fruits you know those bottom fruits that you find at the bottom I'm also not really from the rainforest I'm um from somewhere else. 

Well I don't know where your from but every dragon knows the best,ripest,and most delicious fruits she smiled and closed her eyes probably imagining them.... they are in the high trees she pointed one talon up at the canopy. Ivy turned her eyes back to Paradise third question why- how many questions are there to go 

I'm getting annoyed and I think blood is starting to rush to my head also can you at least cut the net. Ivy started laughing I'm-I'm sorry you're just really funny I mean if you were another dragon they would be all serious but you-she started laughing again. 

Paradise started laughing a little too. Ivy stared at her for a few seconds. Is everything ok? Paradise asked oh um yup everything is um great it's fine Paradise couldn't tell if she was blushing or maybe surprised . Um anyway can you let me down now I'm starting to feel faint. 

Oh right yes Ivy flew up to the tree branch the rope was hanging on and stood on the tree branch,she rummaged through her bag looking for something she found it a few seconds later in her claws she held a silver gleaming dagger and started cutting the rope. It took a few minutes because it turns out she tied it really tight suddenly without warning the net dropped and Paradise collided with the ground. 

Ivy cringed that looked like it hurt are you ok. Yeah I'm fine Ivy helped her up. Hey now that your out of my trap want to go for a fly. She spread her wings and hovered in the air at that same time the sun hit her wings directly and it looked like the sun went through them like leafs and they shined majestically. Uh I mean you just put me in a net and now you want to go for fly. Paradise questioned. Yeah just me and my crazy brain. Ivy said her snout crinkling. Um ok then. Paradise said.

They flew up through the canopy,leafs and vines and emerged at the top of the forest. Come with me Ivy said. They flew north of where they were and in the distance was the Rain Kingdom. 

They flew and arrived when they got there they saw bridges that crossed tress tree houses that stood on the bushy part of the trees,and they saw colorful dragons flying around some were red and orange,some were blue and green,others were extraordinary beautiful. 

Welcome to the Rain Kingdom Ivy said enthusiastically her wings spread.  It's-It's beautiful Paradise said with awe. Yes it is we have the best queen and everyone is happy it's wonderful here. I can see that Paradise agreed. I'll introduce you to my sister. They flew through the the trees sunlight bouncing off there wings,they flew over bridges,some stores and houses. They finally got to a house that had pink and yellow flowers wound around the entrance. Nice house Paradise commented at they fluttered down onto the branch the house stood on.

Come on in Ivy said smiling my sister is probably here this is her break time for collecting fruits she explained. 

Peacock,PEACOCK where are you peacock? I hate when she does this Ivy said rolling her eyes. Peacock come out now. 

They heard a laugh coming from the table. Suddenly a dragon materialized right in front of them she was an aqua green dragon with light blue eyes,her scales faded from light green to aqua to blue and her underbelly was a dark purple.

 I hate it when you do that Ivy complained but it's funny Peacock said with a laugh. 

Sorry about that this is my older sister Peacock. Peacock then noticed Paradise and she smiled slyly. Oh Ivy you need to introduce me who is this you're new girlfriend. 

Ivy blushed and turned a bright pink,her cheeks were so red for a second Paradise though that she was going to catch on fire. NO! Ivy so loudly some dragons out the window skipped a beat as they were flying and almost dropped out of the sky. 

We're just friends yup definitely real no relationship friends. Uh huh Peacock said skeptically anyway what's your name she turned her head toward Paradise. Oh I'm Paradise nice to meet you. Where are you're parents. 

Oh well... -Peacock turned bright blue and a light pink- we found out that during the SandWing War of Succession they pretended to be SkyWings. They fought brave,fierce and honorable Peacock continued. Our mother and father were commanders and spies but in the end as they led there troops to victory they got kidnapped by IceWings and froze to death. 

They we're both a bright blue now. Paradise started to feel sad she turned a bright blue too. But it's fine we have been well together and everything has been fine. They all turned there scales back to normal. Oh I saw two dragons on one of the platforms. A NightWing and a green RainWing with a flower crown on. Paradise said not asking someone specifically to answer. Oh that's King Deathbringer and Queen Glory. Peacock said. They looked a little...sad. Yeah it turns out that one of the princes left. Prince Darkdew and they are trying to find him. Ivy said fluffing her wings. At least we still have Princess Joy and Prince Rainkeeper. 

Hey you know what Peacock said her face brightening Paradise should in-role in Jade Academy wouldn't that be cool. Yeah it would Paradise said happily. Paradise turned a gold,amber color which meant excitement. Wait you mean um The Jade Mountain Academy like with all the other dragons she'll like-I mean make friends with that are not in the same tribe as her Jade Mountain Academy? Ivy said. 

Yes I mean that Jade Mountain Academy also it would give you a chance to meet new dragons. Paradise smiled she couldn't wait.
