Foekiller was a soldier. That's all she knew. Her parents wanted her to be a famous general among the tribe. They talked about it all the time but still...they were always mad at her. "You should have fortune telling powers like the other NightWings!" Her father would snarl at her, "Why can't you mindread?" Her mother would shout at her. even her siblings Enemystabber and Bloodpourer hated her because she got special attention as they said. That was probably why they tried to hurt her when their parents weren't looking. It was very tiring because they both could mind read. Even though she trained everyday she still wasn't strong enough to face them especially since they could hear her thoughts when she was in the other room.

One night when Foekiller was hiding from them she sat down underneath a window angry and tired. Why was it her fault that she had to be perfect at everything? She growled. She had been hiding from them all night. WHY HER IN THE WHOLE MOONBLASTED NIGHT KINGDOM!

She glared at the mountains in front of her. Just then she heard voices coming from the window above her. Angry voices. Shouting voices. She gasped a little then tried to blend into the darkness of night. She shuffled her wings a little to hide her silver scales. She lifted her head a little so she could see what was going on. Her snout, eyes, and horns just barely above the window.

There was an IceWing and a NightWing arguing about something while in the background a weird looking dragonet looked scared. An IceWing in the Night Kingdom? That was weird also considering the 2 tribes were at war. Wait. She thought about it for a little. The IceWing was probably the infamous Prince Arctic. She looked around the room and focused her gaze on the dragonet. She looked around 2 and half. The dragonet was a pretty navy blue and had white horns but the odd thing was her wings. Her wings were white scattered with black scales. It should be the other way around, she thought. Just then another dragonet walked in who was about 3. He looked way more NightWing. His horns were kind of twisted looking and he had silver droplet scales near his eyes. The only thing IceWing about him was the white scales under his wings. Great she thought enviously another dragon with powers. The older dragon went to his sister? Bent down and wrapped his wings around her probably telling her nice things and that everything is going to be ok. Probably feels nice to be wanted, she growled trying not to be heard. Her brain clicked.

No she thought no no no no I did not just stumble upon Whiteout's family. She had never met Whiteout before but everyone in school said she was really odd that's why they called her Weirdout. The NightWing was probably Foeslayer and...she looked at the younger NightWing. This can't be happening. She closed her eyes then opened them. It's Darkstalker. She occasionally saw him with his mother outside practicing reading and writing but she never saw him in school. She listened to his mother and father arguing for a few more seconds. "IF YOU HATE IT HERE SO MUCH THEN YOU CAN GO BACK TO THE ICE KINGDOM." Foeslayer was shouting. "FINE." Arctic snarled at her. She heard them storm off into other rooms. Darkstalker whispered something to Whiteout then she left the room. He went over to the window. But not just any window. The one she was hiding under. Why him? She thought. He looked out the window and around the area. Then he grinned and looked down. "I can hear you." Hear this she muttered. STOP LISTENING TO MY DANG NIGHTWING MIND. He winced. "Wow, that's loud." YOU BET. "Care to tell me what your name is." She popped her head up from her hiding place and was face to face with Darkstalker who was still grinning. Darkstalker the Night-IceWing, the mindreader and future seer, the famous animus dragon was right in front of her and she was blushing so hard. "So your name." "Uh yeah my name it's Foekiller." He laughed. "Kind of reminds me of my mother's name." "Speaking of family." She said, He frowned a little. "At least you have a sister who loves you." "Yeah your siblings don't sound nice." "They aren't." She agreed. "Your father seems um... friendly." He scowled. "Yeah, real friendly." He said sarcastically. She smiled. "Well if he happens to lose his soul, battle him for me." "I'd be happy to. He said. She suddenly had an angry thought. Why did he get all those wonderful powers and animus magic? She should be the one who deserved it. At least he had a sister and a mother who loved him. She growled dangerously. "Wow. He said your thoughts are really fierce. She grinned. "What do you think?" He grinned back. "Great." She looked at the sky and saw the moons were setting a little bit. I need to go to sorry Darkstalker. She was about to launch off when he smiled charmingly and said. "See you later Foekiller."
