Sairat - Kahani Pyaar ki

Chapter 5

Sai's hair had fallen on Virat's face. He moved it from his face and tucked in behind her ear. As he did, their eyes met. Their hearts started to race a little. Virat slowly looked at her lips and back up to her eyes. The desire in his eyes made Sai's breathing quicken.
They then heard a knock on the door. They broke out of their trance, and quickly got off each other. Sai looked around avoiding looking at Virat...while he went to open the door.

It was Ashwini, Sonali and Karishma. They came to visit Sai and Virat in their new home. Sai and Virat were both happy to see them. Sai got excited to show them everything. They showed them around the house.

Sai: Aai, mere kamre dekho na (She said pulling Aai to her room)

(Aai come see my room)

Ashwini observed the decoration and how nicely the room was set up.

Ashwini: Wah ye to bahut accha hai

(Wow this is really nice)

Sai: Hai na (She said excitedly)

(Isn't it)

Ashwini: Lekin Virat ka saamaan kaha hai

(But where is Virat's stuff?)

Sai's smiled dropped a little

Sai: Vo to uske kamre mein hai (She said laughing nervously)

(It is in his room)

Ashwini: Uske kamre matlab?

(His room meaning?)

Sai explained that they had separate rooms and Ashwini mentally facepalmed herself.

Ashwini (in her mind): Iss ladki ka main kya karu. Kya karu main??

(What should I do with this girl? What shall I do??)

Sai: Kya hua Aai?

(What happened Aai?)

Ashwini: Kuch nahi. Ab Virat ka kamra bhi dikhaiye mujhe

(Nothing. Now show me Virat's room too)

Sai agreed and they went to see Virat's room.

The others soon realized that Sairat had separate rooms.

Karishma: Daddo sutto. Patralekha Bhabhi ye sunkar bahut khush hogi (She muttered to herself)

(Daddo Sutto. Patralekha bhabhi will be very happy to hear this)

Sonali heard her.

(Sonali will be a more positive character in this story)

Sonali: Karishma. Tum Patralekha ko kuch nahi batayenge. Ya ghar mein kisi ko bhi

(Karishma. You will not tell anything to Patralekha. Or anyone in the house)

Karishma: Lekin Aai

(But Aai)

Sonali: already ghar mein bahut tamasha ho chuka hai. (She warned)

(There has been a lot of drama already at home)

Karishma stayed quiet. They all admired Sairat's new home and left a little while after.

Over the next few days Sai and Virat started getting accustomed to living with each other alone. They started learning new things about each other too.
