Backstage - Noah Jupe

Chapter 12

Day number 74.
I counted in my journal.
"Last day on set had officially, started," I wrote down.
I inhaled and took a deep breath.
"How are you feeling today, y/n," Tilly asked as she was finishing up my makeup.
"I'm quite excited you know, I'm glad I'm going back home to my family. And I know I'll miss everybody here, especially you. But I will be back for the premiere soon anyway"

In all honesty, I didn't wanna go back to Denmark. I was really enjoying Britain.

Deep down in my stomach, I knew who the reason was.
Me and Noah had now been together almost this whole year.
My thought of losing him was the worst.

I tried to shake it off as I entered my scene.
This scene was the final scene, and the most exciting. Just don't tell anyone I said that.

Our deep kiss. Or a complete hookup as Evan would prefer It like. Evan had bothered me with this scene the whole year. And he and Noah had for sure talked about it.

It's not like me and Noah hadn't made out before. Like we totally had done that. But it's just different when it's the last scene to ever film, and a whole crew is gonna be watching the two of you sharing the same mouth water... tasty...

"Hey, can I get everybody's attention?!" Chris said out loud. "I would just like to say thank you. You all should be proud of yourselves and the work you have done. I've had one of the most amazing times of my life during this project."

I was standing in the middle, looking around as people were getting emotional. I looked over at Noah. Chris kept on talking. My eyes locked in the sight of Noah. He was standing quite far away with Helena's arms wrapped around him. He was smiling and his curls were looking fine. 

I was devastated my legs collapsed underneath me. I fell on the hard and cold floor, feeling my wet tears pressing against my eyelids. 

Chris stopped talking, as all the attention was pointed to me laying on the floor. "Y/n are you okay?" Hiddleston proceeded to ask me. I pushed myself off the floor and stood up as nothing happened. "Yes, my legs were just a little tired". I laughed at myself so everyone would stop caring so much, but on the inside, I was falling apart. 

"Well, you alright sweetheart?" Chris asked to make sure I was alright so he could finish talking. I just smiled and nodded my head. 

"So as I said I'm very happy for all of you, and for what you all have done. Great work everybody, let's finish the last scene for good. Oh last thing, about the premiere you all will receive the dates on a zoom meeting. I'll send the details by email in a few months " He talked so fast that he was almost out of breath. 

We began walking to the final scene which was gonna take place in *Hadley's room*. I told Chris earlier I only wanted the necessary crew there and no more because I find the very personal and private. He totally understood. 

I sat down on my chair with my name on it. Noah's chair was next to me, but he was nowhere to find. 

There I sat, in a world, I never thought I would enter. 16 year old me about to get even more known and hated by the world. 

I stared at the floor. Suddenly I could feel a pair of hands on my back. I turned my head. Noah's smile hit me with deep sudden pain and direct love at the same. I didn't say anything to him, I knew I was gonna try to live without him. 

"Noah!" I looked over at the door that leads to the lounge area. There Evan stood nodding at Noah, trying to tell him something no one else should know. 

"Yeah yeah chill mate" He laughed back at Evan, I'm gonna do it now. 

I looked confused at Evan, he just winked in a naughty way that made me giggle and left the room. 

"What is it, Noah?" 

"I just have something for you..." He reached for something in his pocket and in his hand was a black box. "This is for you" He opened the box and in it was a beautiful necklace with our initials. I was stunned. I covered my mouth out of excitement. "Let me put it on you; you can keep it underneath your shirt throughout the last scene" He smiled with a warming smile as he help me put on the necklace. "Thank you, it's beautiful your too sweet"
