Dr. Jack Bright sat in front of a simple office desk, a file wide open before him. The file contained documents which held the various results of the tests which had Scp 9732 in it. Many ended with his death yet he didn't request for it to stop even though the chance was given, multiple times too.

The door leading to his office slightly opened, a head peeked inside, a clean cut hairstyle rested on the head of a young woman. She must be a recent recruit. He gestured for her to enter. She had a slim build with long black hair. The card on her chest read Hillary Pembroke, clearance level 3.

" Dr. Bright? Here are the files you requested. " She handed a thick file to him.

He took the file, brushing through until he landed on a specific document. Hillary stood there, watching the infamous Dr. Bright take out another document from a drawer and place it next to the file he was currently reviewing.

" Uhm, pardon me sir, but what's up with the file you're holding? " The young lady respectfully asks.

Bright suddenly looks up, eyes burning with a passion few will ever see. He let out a chuckle until it grew into a full blown laugh, reminiscent of a lunatic's laugh. Hillary, a bit thrown off by this, attempts to leave but Bright stops her.

" Sit. " He ordered. She immediately complied as to appease him in some way.

" What do you know of SCP-9732? " He asked, looking her in the eyes.

She opened her mouth to speak but stopped as her mind futilely attempted to recall what she could about that particular anomalous entity yet nothing came. It was as though she had just heard it for the first time since she was employed here. Bright all the while looked on with interest, his face a mix of pleasure and disappointment. After a while he gestured for her to stop which she gladly did.

" I'm sure you're wondering why you can't remember anything about this particular SCP. Don't worry, there's a reason for that. " He assures her.

He slides over the two papers to her. Upon reading them her eyes widen in shock.

" Yes. These are all true. " He said before she could even ask.

He leans back, arms crossing over one another as he does so. Hillary tries to make sense of what she just read.

" As you've already realized, this information is confidential, highly confidential. " He says in a low tone setting the atmosphere. He opens a drawer and pulls out a long slender device with a bright red button one end and a dark screen directly underneath the button.

" If you paid attention during that poor excuse for an orientation you should know what this is. " He gestures to the device and she nods.

" Good, now that's out of the way let us begin. " Bright says, his tone becoming much more professional than she had anticipated.

" SCP-9732 is an enigma as shown by the multiple test results you have seen. His powers include mach speed, IQ so high the machine wasn't able to process it but for some unknown reason he never shows that side of himself. SCP-9732 has shown its mastery of what it called Toon Force, It is the ability to replace or apply absurd laws to the universe; the user gains the ability to re-write the laws of physics in their universe to their convenience and is allowed to overwrite them with far more ridiculous ones in service of hilarity. " Bright explains.

Hillary is about to let out a small giggle but the look from Bright stops it in its infancy. He stands, takes the device and walks over to a large screen which seemed to appear out of nowhere. He picks up a remote placed under it and turns it on. Static appears for a few seconds until it shows Y/N in a test chamber with the date being blacked out. An instance of SCP-049-2 is let into the room and immediately charges towards him yet he remains motionless, as if he's deep in thought. Suddenly he pulls out a briefcase and orders it to stop and surprisingly it does. What happened next would baffle Foundation personnel to this very day. He walks up to it, now wearing a black business suit with the briefcase in hand. He places it on the ground next to him and pulls out a piece of paper and hands it to SCP-049-2 who takes it and is unable to decipher the content of the paper which cameras where unable to see. The instance begins to follow him around, confusion written all over its face until he suddenly turns and points at it in a dramatic way. Even though it could be seen that he was talking, no one apart from the instance heard him. It's expression soon changes from confusion to complete horror. It begins backpedaling away from him as he grins in a way which can only be described as cartoonish. Y/N suddenly appears behind the creature's back while he simultaneously was in front of it. He whispered something to it causing it to look at the paper it had. Whatever he said seemed to make sense to the creature who then walked over the first Y/N and nodded its head. Y/N, now showing signs of great joy, walked up to a wall and drew the outline of door and simply, opened it to reveal a white bright light. The creature looked at both Y/Ns who nodded simultaneously, and walked into the light. The door closed on its own accord and both Y/Ns walked out of view of every single camera in the cell. Recording would later show that he had appeared in the observation room and simply said; " Well, that was something right? Dinner on me. "

The screen suddenly goes dark leaving Hillary to process what she had just saw. Bright walked back to his chair but sat on the side of the table instead. He explained that few SCPs actually knew about this particular ability of his as he used it numerous times on them in particular. 682 wasn't one of them. Bright leans in, his eyes filled with certainty she hadn't seen before and said in calm voice;

" He can quite literally end all of life in an instant and bring everything back and no one would know. Do not underestimate him because of his aloof character. He is quite literally impossible to comprehend much less take out. "

And with that he points the device at her, black screen facing her and pushes the button. Her eyes become cloudy but it quickly wears off and she looks around, as if she had just woken up. He said nothing and simply dismissed her. When she was gone and he made certain of that, he looked out a nearby window, thinking.

' Just what are you? '
