The first day at the camping was already over, everyone was sitting around a fire, silently staring at the stars, the only sounds were the nature around them and the fire that they made, it took them only a few seconds to find a spot of grass to make it on, it wasn't too far away. It took around twenty minutes until one of them talked, it was the girl with long blue hair, during the day Alita had overheard Masuyo talk to that girl, her name is Nebo Arkedeyevitch Armeyetz.

- Do you think someone's watching us all?

Everyone else stayed silent for a few more seconds, before the other girl with blue hair answered her question, Alita still didn't know who she was, but her hair was pretty short as well.

- Obviously, of course there's someone watching us, there's just too much out there for no one to be there.

Once again they all stayed silent for a moment, simply acknowledging that life was so much larger than they thought. Alita was watching too, but she stayed silent, she didn't really know what to say and didn't consider herself valuable enough to talk to these people anyways. All of a sudden, she saw a black silhouette fly over them, she gasped and searched the sky, it seems that she was the only one who noticed it because no one reacted to it. It was like a giant bird, but she could see that it had a humanoid body. She wanted to ask the others about it, but she was scared. What if it was nothing but a bird? What if there wasn't anything at all? What could they even do about it anyways. Her anxiety kept climbing and she started to tremble in her seat, she had to know what this was and she had to know it quickly. She felt as if she was being observed, it was one of her greatest fears. Masuyo put one hand on her left shoulder and motioned to her to follow him. They walked for a few meters and he whispered something to her.

- You saw it too, hm?
- "W-Wha-?" Even though she was panicked by it, she seemed to have totally forgotten about what happened.
- The bird.
- Y-Yeah...
- Well, that's a good time for you to get used to fighting, it's probably a simple harpy, you'll be fine, just don't let it claw you.
- What?! But I barely know how to use a sword!
- Who cares? You've got magic.
- Mostly healing spells...
- Only healing spells?
- Some fire ones.
- Good, use them.
- I'll try...
- Don't die.
- Got it.

They went back to the campfire and waited, the others seemed like they didn't notice the harpy, so why did she see it and not them? When Masuyo was fighting against Azalea, they were all tracking every movement he made, so why didn't they see this thing fly over them? Well, it didn't matter for now, they only had to wait. The others kept talking among themselves. They had some philosophical topics. It was truly beautiful to Alita, seeing them act tough and be strong, but once the stars show up, they become sentimental, that's what makes them humans after all... Are they even humans? She never asked them, although it's not usually the first question that comes to mind whenever you meet a new person. They stayed silent for a minute or so, until some noises coming from the bushes were heard, everyone turned their heads to look at it, to see what would come out of it, after a few seconds, they saw a human silhouette stand up from behind the bush, except that there was something unusual about it. It had huge wings, and it's legs seemed to be the ones of an eagle. Masuyo drew his sword and walked towards it slowly.

- "Name." He simply said as he raised his sword.
- "Eek-!! P-Please don't hurt me!" She raised her wings in front of her face in an attempt to protect herself.
- "Your name!" He screamed, pointing the tip of his sword at her,
- "Kena! It's Kena!" She starting shaking uncontrollably, terrified by the boy, who was smaller than her, but much more charismatic and intimidating.
- "Good." He lowered his sword and tapped the bird lady's shoulder. "Sorry for my reaction, it's because I recently learned the hard way that I'm tracked by most of the people from where you're from."
- "I-It's no big deal..." She said as she slightly lowered her wings, only letting the top of her head and her eyes be seen.
