After an entire week of getting used to the environment of the second section, Soojung had never been happier when the weekend came. It wasn't as different as she thought it would be, but she knew very well that she had to do better in her studies for senior year.

Everything was pretty normal, except for some of her classmates being a bit competitive with grades and extra credit and whatnot while she relaxed and just went with the flow. Soojung was even gradually adjusting to Minah, who she knew would be her seatmate for the whole year. It was better to deal with it than to seat beside her every day, fighting the urge to punch her on the face like what she did to Jiyong.

Throwing her bag on the bedroom floor with the rest of her stuff, Soojung took her shirt off next and tossed it to the dirty laundry basket, missing by a few inches. She kicked her shoes off and took her pants off as well, changing into a random blue shirt she found on the floor that was oversized. The hemline hit just halfway down her thighs so she didn't bother putting a pair of shorts on.

She tied her hair up in a bun that looked like a nest on her head and went to the bathroom to wash her face, after which she reached for the telephone and dialed the usual pizza house. Soojung liked it with cheese, beef, mushrooms, black olives and peppers. Anything different delivered to her would automatically receive a complaint just like how it is when she first arrived in that apartment, one brought to her with all her favorite toppings with chunks of pineapple.

Soojung hated pineapple on pizza to death. Thankfully, the place recognized her apartment address from ordering often and delivered it to her exactly how she instructed it over the phone.

It arrived no more than fifteen minutes later - because the restaurant was honestly so close to her apartment building but she was just too lazy to go there - and she had a whole night of online gaming, plus good food and a couple cans of soda she bought earlier before going home.

She brought the goods inside her bedroom and kicked the scattered clothes to make a sort of path from the door to her computer. Her phone was on the bedside table and she went for it when it rang with a call.

"Hi." She greeted with a smile and proceeded to seat in front of her beloved PC, bringing her feet up that her knees were almost pressing on her chest. "You okay, Appa?"

"Yes, I'm fine. I just called to check on you." He answered. "How was your first week of school?"

"It was terrible, like always." Soojung snorted. "But don't worry, I didn't skip. I went through all my classes."

"Well, that's good to hear after countless calls from the discipline and principal's office for the last few years." The man laughed. "Are your classmates good to you? Did you make friends?"

"They're fine. I haven't felt the urge to kick anybody so far." Soojung sighed. "But I met this one girl. She's my seatmate and she was okay, until I found out she hit Jiyong once."

The voice from the other line huffed and Soojung fought the urge to change the topic. She knew that she shouldn't have said that, because there would be an instant anticipation of a bad conversation with her father.

"That boy probably did something first." He said, making her purse her lips. "I told you long ago, he's no good."

"Appa..." Soojung sighed once more. "I understand if you don't like him that much because you're my Appa, and Appa's always go monster-mood on their daughter's boyfriends. But Jiyong and I are together now. Please give him a chance."

"We've talked about this." The man answered and Soojung could envision her father shaking his head. "I just think he's not right but if you're happy, then I'll support it, no matter how much I want that boy as far away from you as possible."
