JC'S POV:
Whilst y/n and Ricky were filming his video, I thought it would be awesome to create the date on the roof, because by the time they finished the sun would eventually be going down during the date. I'm just hoping that it is not a bad idea, because she might not like heights?
I headed back down into the kitchen to grab a water bottle, after finishing the set up and collecting the food and drink ready for her.
I entered the kitchen looking over to see that they had finished filming, and Ricky was collecting his equipment. I went straight for the fridge and grabbed myself a water, and as I shut the door, y/n was standing there alone, looking at me with her beautiful soft smile on her face whilst her eyes glistened from the sun shining in through the windows.
"Ready for this date?" I asked
"Let's do this!"
As she came over, I putout my hand for her to take. When she grabbed mine with hers, I intertwinned my fingers with hers, leading her upstairs and to the direction of the roof. Thankfully Connir had gone to Tyler Oakleys for the evening and so as we cut through his bedroom to the balcony, it was quiet and we were alone.
"Where are we going?" Y/n asked, confusion on her face
"Follow me" I replied climbing up the wall to the roof. I turned around and held out my hand again to help her up
"Ok?" She said grabbing my hand and climbing the wall herself
As we got to the top, and had reached where I had set up the date, she stopped in her tracks, mouth wide open looking around at what I had created just for her.
YOUR POV:
I followed Jc upstairs and to the roof for some strange reason, not fully understanding why we were going in the wrong direction to go out and grab a drink, but as I reached the top, I had saw what he done, and it blew my breath away.
Fairy lights, not yet on but we're ready to be when it got dark hung round the higher points on the roof, cushions, blankets and pillows lay colour coordinated everywhere on the ground except one blanket, that held a large pizza, snacks and drinks with empty wine glasses. Jc sat among the cushions and patted the one next to him for me to sit, and so I did.
"Will you watch the sunset and stars with me?" He asked as I sat down
"This is amazing" was all I could reply
"I thought we could do something different as a first date"
"It's perfect" I whispered
A smile grew large across his face and we began to tuck into the food and drink, whilst just talking about life and love in general.
The conversation died down, and do did the sun. Now the Sky had turned black, full of stars and the temperature had dropped.
"Here" Jc placed a blanket round mine nd his arms as he saw my goosebumps covering my legs and arms, and probably heard the slight chatter of my teeth.
The fairy lights were now on and Jc's face was now delicate in the gentle lighting. Jc lay back and began staring At the stars.
"The night sky, is my favourite thing to look at, as well as the moon, because someone you love on the other side of the world or across the country will or eventually will be looking at the same thing. It's kind of comforting" he gently spoke
I lay back into his arms and looked up and into the stars with him. Resting my head into his chest I could feel his heart steadily beat in time with mine.
I looked up at him to see if he was asleep, but instead his eyes were wide open with the reflection of the moon glistening off. He looked down at me with a smile On his face.
"You look beautiful in the moonlight" he whispered. His eyes locked into mine, the smile not moving. His hand came up brushing my hair behind my ear. He stopped his hand under my chin, and pulled me in gently. His soft lips touched mine, and we slowly moved our lips in sync.
His hand moving away from chin now was placed gently on my cheek, as we pulled away. I opened my eyes , as he reached up to kiss my forehead and led back down.
I joined him, as we lay in silence, our hearts still racing from out first kiss. My eyes began to feel heavy as he slowly rubbed my arm up and down, with his body heat keeping me warm under the blanket. Before I drifted off in his arms I had to tell him how perfect everything was.
"Jc, thank you. This was perfect" I whispered feeling myself drift away
"Anything for you, because you're perfect"
I felt myself smile as I slowly drifted off to sleep.
