What happens after the Omori good ending?

KEL's POV
These sandwiches are soo good! They aren't better than the ones that Hero used to make though!

THIRD PERSON
Basil, Aubrey, Kel and Sunny are all eating the sandwiches that Polly made happily. Kel finished his sandwich first then took another one, the others were still on their first sandwiches, Aubrey being the second to finish. They all enjoyed each other's company and were comfortable around each other, even if the confession did make their friendship a bit.. Different. They all loved and cared for one another, Basil walked to his fridge only to bring out some nice home-made cookies! Everyone ate a lot of them, with the pleasure of sitting in a warm room on a cold, snowy night while being with some of their most loved friends! The warmth of the radiators heated everyone up, but it wasn't anywhere near the warmth of everyone's joy and love for one another at that moment. It was difficult to believe that a few months ago, everyone in that room weren't friends like they were around five years ago. The white snow glistened on the floor, the moon reflecting it's light onto it. Even though the cookies that they were all eating were cold, they still tasted good. Basil and Sunny were finally happy, free of the burden of their past mistakes. They both smiled at each other and then smiled at Aubrey and Kel. They all decided to sleep over at Basil's house, most of them didn't really have a home to go to at that moment anyways. Polly took out the mini mattresses she bought because of their last visit, in order for any guests to stay comfortable if anybody ever went over to sleep there again. The small mattresses were comfortable and soft, Sunny rated them a 10/10. This time, Aubrey and Kel shared the sofa, although it was difficult because they kept on arguing about how Kel's feet are in Aubrey's face, about how Aubrey should stop moving etc. Everything felt good again.

- The next day -

Sunny woke up, only to hear voices muttering.. 'About what to watch on TV..? No.. It's about something else..' Sunny thought. He rose his head to see both Aubrey and Kel fighting over the remote and Basil still sleeping soundly. Sunny didn't want to wake Basil up. Kel turned his head and saw Sunny, rubbing the sleep out of his eyes, still trying to figure out why they had to fight over something so early in the morning. He turned to look at the TV, they were watching cartoons. Sunny moved his mattress to be right up to the sofa, and sat on it, using the lower part of the sofa as a backrest. Basil suddenly woke up, everyone said goodmorning to Basil and Sunny. Basil looked outside of the window, the sun wasn't fully up yet but it still hurt his eyes. They all watched cartoons for a few hours, eating breakfast while doing so. Then, there was a knock on the door.
'Again..?' Basil thought, he was pretty shocked that his friends actually came to see him but the fact that some random person is coming to his house so early in the morning is shocking.. And not in a good way.
"It's okay Basil, I'll get it!" Kel said, rushing to the door. He opened it to see Hero.
"Oh shit." Kel spat out, worrying the others because they couldn't see who was at the door.
"Who is it?" Basil said, walking to the door, worried that it's some sort of tax collector.. He didn't know why a tax collector would be at his house because Polly already paid their taxes but honestly, he is no stranger to surprises.. "Oh, it's Hero!" Basil smiled, confused at why Kel made it such a big deal. "Oh.. It's Hero.." Then remembering what happened at the hospital a few months ago.
"Kel, mom told me you'd be here. Honestly, I'm surprised she was actually right!" Hero said, noticing the others are there too. "Oh, not because you're friends with Basil but because shes.. well.. Mom.." Hero said, struggling to find the right words to describe her without being rude.
"Well.. Hero! We're so glad you're here..!" Basil said, trying to not seem rude. It's not that Basil didn't want to see him, it's just that it would probably be really awkward with Sunny being there.. And with what happened.
