Hero walked in, saying hi to everyone while walking to them. Hero was surprised to see Sunny there, he wasn't really sure about how to feel about it.. 'Sunny made a mistake.. A terrible mistake.. But he should've told me..' Hero thought, knowing well that he was just awkwardly standing there, not saying anything and probably making them all anxious about him being here. Hero didn't want to hurt them or stop being friends with them! He loved all of them, including Sunny. But he didn't know what to say or do. He felt bad that he hadn't tried to help Kel or Aubrey this time around, especially Kel. He knew that Kel must've felt really bad during the time that he was upset and trying to make it seem like nothing happened during those days. "I... I'd like to stay here for a while too! It's been a while since Sunny was here last.." Hero stuttered, shocked at the fact that he's finding it so difficult to speak. Everyone smiled warmly, meaning that they want him to stay with them but they won't say anything. They all watched the cartoons again, a bit awkwardly though.. Hero and Kel were sitting next to eachother, Aubrey was on the other side of Kel, sitting as well. Basil and Sunny stayed on their mattresses under their blankets but both still watching the cartoons.
"Good morning! Oh, Hero is here! I was just going to ask if you'd like any juice?" Polly said, smiling at them.
"Oh, awesome! I'd love that! Can I have orange juice? Thank you, Polly!" Kel beamed at her, surprisingly saying all that in one go. Aubrey glared at him, "Kel.. You aren't the only one here y'know! I'd like some cranberry juice, Polly!" She said, throwing a pillow at Kel. Basil, Sunny and Hero also told Polly what they wanted, and then she walked away to get the drinks. "After all this time, you still fight with eachother?" Hero chuckled, looking at Kel and Aubrey. Then, Kel and Aubrey looked at Hero, then looked back at each other and smiled. After a few minutes, Polly came back with a tray full of tall cups, one orange, one yellow, one green, one pink and one blue. All of them took their cups and started to drink them, Aubrey happily enjoying her cranberry juice, Kel chugging his orange juice, Basil sipping his pineapple juice and Sunny drinking his mixed-fruits juice. 'Hero.. Finished his apple juice! Wow, what a perfect guy!' Polly thought as Hero gave back his cup, thanking her for that delicious apple juice. Sunny was sitting right up to the radiators because he was very cold, even when he was in his blanket. Kel laughed at the sight of Sunny wrapped in his blanket right next to a radiator and then continued to watch the cartoons. Hero was quiet, almost silent. He just didn't know what to do.. But.."Sunny, why didn't you tell us sooner..?" Hero said, quietly so that he couldn't be heard easily; Sunny did the exact thing when he was younger, he barely spoke but when he did, he'd speak quietly just so that people could barely hear him. He wasn't a fan of talking, basically. "I'm sorry.." Sunny whispered, the others confused, "I.. Can we talk about this later..?" Sunny muttered, finishing his sentence from before. Hero nodded, everyone was very awkward. Kel was trying very hard to listen to what they were saying but he couldn't. Basil could hear them; he just acted like he couldn't. He knew that he probably shouldn't interrupt any of it, even if he was partly to fault. Aubrey wasn't too concerned about it, she just carried on watching the cartoons. She figured that if they were talking so quietly, there must've been a reason for it.
"Hey guys, me and Aubrey are going out in the snow, wanna join?" Kel smiled, knowing very well what was going to happen next.
"I never said I'd go out in the snow with you!" Aubrey hissed, she obviously wasn't angry though, considering she went outside with a big smile on her face, accompanying all her friends. Basil was originally going to stay in, but Kel convinced him to come out with them anyways. The snow was still falling, dropping snowflakes onto their heads. Sunny held out his hand to see a single snowflake melt on his hand. Basil then said, "Hey... Why don't w-we build a snowman..?" Basil said, anxiously smiling and hoping that they would go along with his idea. Kel said nothing, but started running? He came back, along with a gigantic ball of snow. Meaning that he liked Basil's idea! That made Basil happy. Sunny went to go grab some sticks because they were the lightest. He was still recovering from eating literally nothing.. He was very weak. Aubrey went to get a carrot, for a nose! Hero then had the creative idea to make a crown for the snowman, meaning they needed a lot more sticks to actually make the base of the crown. They all gathered the items that they needed, including some buttons, and then got to work! Aubrey went to get another big snowball for the middle part of the snowman, and Hero went to get a slightly smaller snowball for the head! Basil was making the sticks into an actual crown and Sunny was putting the buttons onto the snowman's base. Basil snapped a photo, SNAP! The snowman was smiling in the background, along with everyone else. Sunny felt.. Good..An hour later..
Everyone was starting to go inside, Sunny stayed outside. He liked the feeling he got when the snow fell on his hair. Hero took this chance to talk to Sunny..
"Sunny..?" Hero said, looking down at him. Sunny sighed, he didn't want to have this conversation.. But as much as it pained him, he knew he had to do it..
"I..I was scared.. I didn't know what I just did.. I didn't believe I actually did it.. It all happened so fast.. I didn't mean to... I loved her so-" He sobbed, but he got cut off by Hero. He said, "Look, I know you didn't want to do it.. I believe you. But.. What happened? Please.. Explain to me." Hero said, his voice breaking slightly. Sunny looked up at Hero.
"Okay."
