◇Chapter One: The Boy◇

Y/n's POV:

You slowly walk around the block as you're on your way to Griddys.

You like walking the long way there from your house since you like the scenery.

Once you reach Griddys you are about to open the door when all of a sudden you hear loud gunshots.

You take a step back and duck down before using your powers to freeze time. You were stunned that there were gunshots at griddys, as the place was usually quite. You slowly walk inside and look around.

"Holy shit..." You say as you walk around and see all the bullets, frozen in the air.

You were about to go and steal a donut when you saw him... You looked at him and stared for a second. He was choking out one of the men with his tie.

"You look so... young? I'm gonna guess around 13? I'm probably wrong since your- well killing someone." You said to him, even though you knew he couldn't hear you or be able to respond.

You walked up closer to him and stared for a moment.

"Why do you look so... familiar...?" You ask as you stare into his dark green eyes.

All of a sudden a cold shiver runs down your spine, meaning that the amount of time you have before time unfreezes is short.

You quickly grab a donut and leave. You stand outside the foot and stare at him again before running around the corner. You get the same cold shiver throughout your back, signaling that time has unfrozen and things start moving again.

On your way home you think about the boy you saw at Griddys. A memory from a few years ago comes back.

"He was part of the Umbrella Academy..." You say to yourself as you stop and look at the building that was about 10 yards in front of you. It was the Umbrella Academy.

Why did he look so young?

You shook you head and kept walking. You were about 2 miles away from your house when you heard something loud in an allyway.

You look over to see the same boy you saw before, you notice that he was arguing about something.

Out of curiosity, you slowly walk into the allyway and hide behind a garbage can. You observe for a moment before realizing that he was arguing with himself.

You try to eavesdrop on what he was saying when all of a sudden you hear a loud bang behind you.

You turn you head to see what it was but you saw nothing. You look around for a second then give up on trying to find out what it was.

When you turned head back, however, you noticed that the boy was gone. You went further into the allyway but he seemed to have dissapeared.

You are startled by his disappearance and spin around trying to find him when randomly you see a blue flash and someone knocks you out.
