◇Chapter Nine: Invisibility◇

Y/n's POV:

I must have fallen asleep again because when when I woke up I was in Five's room, on his bed. I sat up and looked around. I saw something move behind and looked over to see Five standing on the pillow behind me (I was placed towards the edge of the bed).

I scoot away from his and see the he was writing on the wall.

"W-what are you doing?" I asked, still really tired.

"That's irrelevant to you." He says, somewhat mad but at the same time not mad. I was really confused at what was going on.

"What's wrong?" I ask, curiously. I was starting to wake up a bit more.

"Nothing's wrong," He says "things just- nevermind." He says, he stopped himself before finishing the sentence which made me even more curious.

"Are you sure? You know you can always-" I started to say before he interrupted me.

"Just shut up, ok?" He says angrily.

I take the hint and stop talking. I sit back and watch him write on the walls. I stare at his black socks and admire them. His socks were so cute. I stare at his blazer and notice that he has ashes all over him. I open my mouth to say something I remeber what he had said not even a minute ago. I sigh and start to relax when Luther walks in.

"What's all this? Oh hi Y/n." Luther says.

I wave and look at Five.

"Don't talk to her." He says, glaring.

I look at Luther who was looking at me and I look away. I look up at Five who was looking down at me with his eyes. He didn't lower his head to look at me but lowered his eyes instead. I look away in fear, remembering what Allison told me.

"Anyways..." Luther says.

"It's a probability map" Five responds.

"Probability of what?" Luther asks.

"Of whose death could save the world." Five responds. I look up at him, slightly surprised, until I remembered what at Griddys. I look down at my knees and spread my legs out (not trying to tease Five) comfortably. I notice that Five looked down at me then quickly looked at Luther, probably to make sure he wasn't looking, then when he noticed that he wasn't he continued the conversation. I stopped listening to what they were saying and start spacing out.

When I finally focus on what's going on, I say Five with a large gun in his hands.

"F-five..?" I say, looking at him.

He looks in my direction briefly before turning his attention back on Luther.

"This guy Milton is just an innocent man!" Luther says, I turn around to see him behind me and I look back at Five.

"It's basic math. His death could potentially save the lives of billions." Five responds. I decided to keep my mouth shut and stay out of this since Five already sounded really tense.

"If I did nothing, he'd be dead in four days from now anyway." Five says.

"The apocalypse won't spare anyone." Five says.

"We don't do this kind of thing!" Luther says.

"We are not doing anything. I am." Five says.

"I can't let you go kill innocent people, Five. Not matter how many lives you'll save. " Luther says.

"Well good luck stopping me." Five says and turns to leave.

Luther sighs and looks at me. "You're not going anywhere." He says to Five and picks me up and puts me in a chokehold. I try pulling his off me when Five points the gun at him.

"Put. Her. Down." Five says, turning off the safety. I struggle even more.

"Hold still just for a minute, I'm not gonna do anything." Luther whispers into my ear quietly to only he and I can hear. I ignore his statement and continue trying to pull him off me.

"PUT HER THE FUCK DOWN" Five says, putting his finger on the trigger.

"I can't let you do this, Five." He says, holding me tighter. Five noticed and he looked as if he was about to pull the trigger to I use my powers to turn invisible. Luther immediately let go of me to see where I went. I run over to Five and go un-invisible.

Five's jaw dropped slightly and lower the gun to look at me. Luther seemed speechless. They were both speechless.
