♡Chapter Two: The Girl♡

Fives POV:

I slowly walk inside Griddys and sit down at the bar area. The place was completely empty but it said open so I ring the service bell and after a few moments someone else walks in and sits down next to me.
The service finally arrives with a notepad and pen.

"Sorry for the wait! Sink was clogged. What can I get started for you?" The lady says and looks at the guy next to me. "Just coffee, please." The man says and the lady looks over to me.

"Should I just get the kid a glass of milk or something?" She asks, hinting to me.

The guy looks over to me and back at her. He looked as if he was about to say something.

"The kid wants coffee. Black" I say, grinning.

"Cute kid." She said and walks away to make our coffee.

I notice the tow-truck label on his shirt.
"You must know your way around town?" I say, hinting to his shirt logo.

"Hope so. I've been driving it for years." He says and the lady comes back with our coffee.

"I've got his." The man says and hands the lady some cash.

"Thanks." I say and tilt my head at him.

"No problem." He says and gets up to leave.

After a moment or so I see a group of  men coming through the door.

"I thought I had more time than this." I say, figiting with my cup of coffee.

"Come back with us. It'll be easier than shooting you." One of the men say, pointing a gun at me.

"No it won't." I say, slowly reaching for a knife.

"What? You think I wanna shoot a kid? Go home with that on my mind?" They say.

"Well I wouldn't worry about that. You won't be going home." I say and grab the knife. I blink around a kill the men. I was choking one of them out with my tie when suddenly everything froze, not including me. I tried to play along in case something was wrong. I noticed a girl walk in. She was about to walk up to the counter when she saw me. She began talking to me as if it couldn't hear her and she was talking to an animal. She eventually left and everything unfroze.

I continued killing the men and when I finished I tried to find the girl. I hide in an allyway a begin talking to myself. I notice her watching so I decide to catch her. I hear a loud sound I notice she'd looked over to see what it was. I took this as an opportunity. I blinked above and waited for her walk further into the allyway. When she did, I knocked her out.

I look at her with curiosity. I shake my head and grab her. I throw her over my shoulder and blink to the academy. I put her in my room and I tie her to the bed frame I lock my door and sit down at my desk, waiting for her to wake up.
