The cold and winds resisting against a lone, glowing demon, desperate and confirmed of his decisions. The night sky was only a white film shade of purple from active snow obstructing view of the stars that were meant to be seen and shimmering upon the magical snow. Sel had no clue where to go, only landing on the ground, his wings frozen, covered in ice and snow. His whole body went numb, a blush of cherry red pigmented his cheeks and hands, shivering soft and relentlessly, walking in the illusion of no direction. He closed his eyes because of many snowflakes rushing into his eyes at once. He only felt the warmth of the raspberry flames on his horns that never went out. Sel saw something dark up ahead of him, walking towards it to make out the image. Little did he know it would be the place that would start everything.

Morning light was an angel's halo around a snowy time of year, a soft light coloring a window, adding effect when it touched the curtains of Rasazy's bedroom. She woke up adorably, stretching her little arms in her oversized pale cyan sweatshirt she uses as pajamas. She got out of bed slowly, slightly drowsy, and calmly steps out of her bedroom, tiptoeing to her parents' bedroom. She discreetly snuck in and peeked at Sarvente and Ruv sleeping. She crawled around the bed to the rightward side where Sarvente slept, struggling to get on top of the bed, finally hugging her, closing her eyes. Sarvente softly hugged her back and kissed her on her head. Rasazy faced Sarv and flowed in her smile.

"Good morning mommy." Ras whispered.

"Good morning my little demon. How did you sleep?" Sarv whispered.

"I slept well."

"Well that's good. We don't want to wake up your father, so let's go wake up your brother and make some breakfast, huh?"

"Sounds good."

Sarvente stretched slightly, trying not to move too much so that she didn't disturb Ruv or topple Rasazy. She picked her up and carried her taut, slipping her legs off the bed and into her slippers. Ruv almost stirred, changing his direction of where he faced on the bed. Sarv and Ras quietly shushed each other and tiptoed across the room, quietly approaching the door, Rasazy slowly turning the knob, and left without a trace. Sarv walked normally from then on, coming across Selever's door, feeling a draft at her feet. She gently put down Rasazy. She knocked on the door politely.

"Selever, sweetheart, are you awake?" Sarv asked.

"Knock a bit harder mom, maybe he didn't hear you."

That's exactly what she did.

"Selever." She repeated. "Selever..." Sarv slowly opened the door. The next thing she saw shocked her paralyzed. She gasped loudly. There was a layer of snow on his windowsill with the window wide open. Sarv walked in, the room so cold her breaths were visible from water vapor. She speed walked to the window to shut it tight, panicking. Rasazy by then already checked the bathroom.

"He's not in his bathroom."

"Rasazy, sweetheart, please go wake up your father."

Ruv was on the phone with several people with hope that one of them knew where Selever was or if anyone was with him the previous night. Unfortunately, he was unheard of from anyone from where he was. Sarv walked into the room, fully clothed in her coat, mittens, and earmuffs. Ruv got off the phone with the last person.

"My love, what are you doing?" Ruv asked.

"No one on the phone was able to help us, so I'm going out to look for him."
