It was a gloomy day for Raghav Rao, Amma and Keerti were supposed to stay with him because he married Pallavi Deshmukh but they left because he married her forcefully. He somehow reached the station and stopped Pallavi convincing her to give him one chance to prove that he is worthy of being a good husband.

But meanwhile Amma and Keerti left, he thought if Pallavi forgives him, it will be easy for him to bring back Amma and Keerti home.
Pallavi on the other hand was just distancing herself from Raghav day by day. She is not ready to take such ache of being unloved by someone. She faced enough by being a widow and now forced into a marriage against her wish. She joined a boutique and is keeping herself busy everyday from morning to late evening.
She is not even able to eat at the mansion because she feels she doesn't belong there, no one made her feel like a family there. She eats something to satiate her hunger outside, she eats something on the roadside late in the evening as dinner and just sleeps reaching the guest room in the mansion.
It was any other day when she made her way into her room and closed her door but before she latched it, she ran into the washroom puking her guts out. Raghav was passing by only to hear her puking and by the time he reached her, she was passing out. He held her sweeping her off her feet and made her lie on the bed.
The doctor arrived and checked her only to know that she's down with jaundice. Though it is treatable, it will take a while to recover. Her face and her eyes were in yellow tint and his heart sank looking at her.
The doctor left and she was kept on a few fluids intravenously. He sat down on the floor beside her bed sleeping in that position.

Next morning she woke up tired and her head bursting as nothing was there in her tummy and her hunger was causing the headache. She felt dizzy when he just caught her helping her to sit up. Her vision was blurred and she was having a frown on her face. He handed her a glass of water and she gulped it feeling parched.
He then gave her lemon juice on empty stomach, he got the instructions from his nutritionist and he made sure the kitchen staff is ready with her diet plan.

However she had to use the washroom but she is too tired to move, she pointed towards the washroom when he again carried her inside and she felt bile rising up her throat. She again started puking hard and her body was not able to take it anymore. He held her like an anchor, not letting her fall, holding her hair and she again was about to faint. He held her and carried her to bed when her head settled itself in the Crook of his neck, she was so limp in his arms almost lifeless. He again made her lie down on her bed and he called up the nurse, the nurse again infused a glucose drip and almost after an hour she woke up. He didn't leave her side, he again called up his doctor to inform but the doctor said, its normal to have vomiting, it has just begun so once the diet and medicines start showing some effects we have to wait. 

Once she woke up, Raghav handed over a glass full of Watermelon juice, Pallavi didn't have a choice other than taking it from him. She has a thousand doubts in her head why is he doing these himself and not hiring anyone, but she is feeling too weak to think about it. Even he does this with a straight face and such an expression that, he doesn't give the scope of her denying the treatment. 

After an hour he again gives her a glass of water, she drinks silently and an hour passes, again he gives her a glass of sugarcane juice. He has been altering the fruit juices and water hourly, as the doctor advised her liquid food and he tries to be as diligent as possible with the schedule. her fever spikes also were really scaring him. He carries her to the washroom and to the bed multiple times feeling anxiety building up inside him every time she pukes and some times he has to make her sit on the commode. 

This diet and carrying her continued for a couple of days, when she finally spoke to him
