ch 6 : A New Friend

First day of her college went well .. though her little encounter with the guys today was worst ... But else the day went good ...

Now she is strolling around the woods near Siyas home ... Practically she sneeked out tonight since she was not able to go anywhere with due order of Siya ... She sat on a loaf of wood and kept on thinking about her life ... She came a long way alone and how life was hard on her but she came out of all .. 

The whether is chilly tonight but she loves it ... She sat on a wood loaf .. feeling the cool breezes on her face thinking how life took turns towards her ... Few years ago who thought she would have made it here all alone she was only baby right when thrown into that peace of hell and she survived.. she learnt how to survive now isn't it .. well now she don't want to think about that all ...

All she want is to spend a lone time with herself ... She just closed her eyes and leaned back to a tree trunk ...

         A twig snapped ...

She opened her eyes and looked around but no one was there...

     " Whoes there " she sound a bit braver than she felt .. her heart thundered against her ribcage .. she whipped her head around ...

Why did she went all alone in the woods ? Wasn't that's how half of the horror movies starts ?

         Footsteps ..

    " Hello siya " She called ..

She thought maybe it was siya who came looking for her and now she wants to scare her ... To tell not to go to woods ...

        Nothing ...

" Is anyone there " she tried once again ...

Footsteps came closer ...

Her pulse drummed in her ears ... She fought to breathe normally ...

A big furry black and grey dog .. ohh wait a wolf stepped out behind the bush ...  She wondered from where this wolf came from because as far as she knows these woods don't have any traces of wildlife ....

The wolf took slow steps towards her ... She didn't break her eye contact from him ... Well the most shocking part for herself was she didn't had that urge  to run from there instead his presence calmed her ... her heart rate steadied ..

     the wolf came more closer while she couldn't held herself back to from rubbing its nuzzle ..

         " are you lost little guy ?"

she kept on petting him ...

 he sniffed around her registering her scent completely ... once done the wolf now rested his head against her small lap , she pet him and to her wonder his fur was very soft .. the wolf purred under her touch ...

        her phone rang ...

by this the wolf looked at her asking as if she is leaving him now .. but Avni let it rang like that she didn't picked it the wolf then again settled down on her lap

 " by the way what is your name " she asked the wolf cutely "oops so sorry how stupid i am how can you speak sorry well then let give you a nice name what say "

the wolf looked at her .. Avni cutely pouted thinking to give her new little friend a name she should give him ... while the wolf kept on looking at her ..

 thinking for a while her face lit up with smile ... " how about i call you DODO "

the wolf purred ..

He was happy getting the name ...

For a while forgetting everything she was enjoying her time with her new friend .. under the bright moonlight ...

     her phone rang again ...

the wolf jumped up and ran away ..

disappointment washed through her ... with a sad face she pulled out her phone from her pocket and saw the caller ID ..

     it was unknown number ..

who must be this person she thought ..

the call went unanswered ..

after few seconds it ranged again ...

this time she picked up .. " hello " she said ... but no one said anything from the other side ..

"hello " she again said .. but no reply .. she was thinking who might this person must be

" Avni " she heard familiar voice ..

it was SIYA ..

but how she is here ? how come she got to know where was she ?

Avni was confused ..

" Avni " siya shook her out from her thoughts ..

" uh ya " Avni asked

" what are you doing here alone .. i told you right its not safe to come out alone at nights come lets go back to home " siya pulled Avni along and heed back to their home but Avni kept on thinking about the wolf and how siya got to know her whereabouts ...
