Sapnap's heart begins to pound out of his chest as his lungs feel as though they are about to burst. His legs are fatigued as he runs faster than he ever ran before. The echos of Technos boots, stomping on the hard concrete floor, fill the raven-haired boy with dread and terror.

The fact that this chase is just to entertain the pink-haired monster behind him makes Sapnap start to tear up as Techno could kill him at any second without any hesitation. Sapnap's head begins to ache as he starts giving up; too tired to continue to run. He questions whether he should just give up. To let Techno end his misery right then and there. But then he remembers something.

Sapnap: "What is your name?"

The boy sighed and grabbed a pen and notebook from his pockets. He opened a random page and wrote down a name. 'Clay'. I was confused,

Sapnap: "Can you not speak?"

The boy, or Clay he should say, shook his head no. I walked closer to him, eventually getting arm's length from him.

Sapnap: "May I... touch you..."

He eventually nodded. I slowly reached for his sleeve and pulled him away from the edge.

Sapnap: "I'm Nick, don't panic, suicide is never the answer."

Tears began to form in my eyes and fell onto the cold, concrete roof.

Sapnap: "I know what it feels like to want to give up, to want to end it all and jump off a building, but jumping is never the answer, you can never give up. It does not matter how hard life might get or how chaotic the world around you seems, just keep going. you can make it and you can live."

The words he told Clay all those years ago sent a tidal wave of motivation and adrenaline. His legs were sore, begging him for a break, begging him to stop. He was exhausted and breathless. But he didn't stop. He couldn't stop. He had to keep going.

The ravenette runs in and out of the alleyways, desperately trying to evade his certain death. He ran through the narrow alleyways and jumped over the trash cans, his lungs trying to give in and his legs wanna give out. The sound of water dripping fills the alley's eerie atmosphere as the rain starts to tumble down.

The rain made an ominous sound as small droplets of rain splashed onto the cold, metal roof. Sapnap caught a glimpse of a dark figure running on the rooftops. That's when he realised the chase was ending. Technoblade has had his fun and now it was time for it to end. He tried to take a sharp right but lost his balance, falling onto the hard concrete below him as his head was thrown onto the solid brick building.

The tall pink-haired monster slowly strolls his way down the small, wet alley as a tired and hurt Sapnap watches helplessly. Technoblade stands in front of him and lifts his head with the blade of Theseus' sword. The ravenette looked at him one last time before his sword got plunged deep into his skin — blood splatters from his mouth as the world around him gets dark. His body falls limp as Techno pulls the sword out and walks away, cursing one last thing to the now unconscious man.

"This is what happens to traitors in my world"

Technoblade sits on top of a large hill, towering over the ravishing flower field. The sunset in the sky as fresh colours brushed upon an artist's canvas as if those rays were destined to create a great work of art; one given to those open to capturing simple moments in the soul. He watches the two boys laugh with happiness while laying down on the soft floor of flowers. They talked to each other like friends or worst... lovers.

He places his sword beside him and watches the two as they live their final moments together before their untimely death. He stared down at Dream. Dream. He hates Dream with every bone in his body, especially since that night. That night. The one that changed everything. Friends became foes that night. Promises were broken. Trust was destroyed. He doesn't just want to terminate Dream, he wants to make him shatter.

But then his eyes trailed off towards George. He notices how passionately the two look at each other. He can't kill George, he made a promise. But he never promised that he won't hurt George...

I have to give credit where it's due towards Kai the Unstable. Please accept my dearest gratitude as this chapter would have been 100x worse without their help. Speaking of Kai, you should totally read their new book 'An Unfamiliar Face' [dnf]. Link in comments! —>
