Light of my life. (sun/moon x reader)

Chapter 1: Meeting.

(Notes: This is the first FNAF fic i’ve made (unless i blocked one out in my past) if i get something wrong please yell at me gently. Since we don’t see much of Sundrop or Moondrop i’ll have to fill in some blanks but i’ll do my best. Story is inspired by suprrbooprr on tiktok, i highly recommend checking them out if you like sundrop x Y/N stuff. I will take suggestions but it may take a bit (A few chapters) to be incorporated. Lastly, I do this for fun so if IRL things come up it may slow down the process. There will be smut but those chapters will have warnings and stuff on them. I think that’s all I need to say for now, please enjoy.)

6 AM. 

It was 6 AM already and you were just laying in the bed looking at the clock as if it was lying to you and glaring at it would cause the clock to tell the truth of what time it actually was but the clock wasn’t going to change, at least not because of your glare. Time moves forward and here you are staring at a clock laying in bed angrily until it changed to 6:01 AM then you  huffed and got up out of bed to get ready for the day. 

You recently got a new job and you didn’t want to be late but you spent to much time on social media last night and were rather tired today because of it and knew you were going to get a headache because of the kids you needed to deal with, you should have went to bed sooner and you’ll have to keep that in mind for tomorrow so you don't get so frustrated with having to get up so early. 

Still, you had no one to blame but yourself and so you just quietly grumbled as you got ready to head to work double checking to make sure you had everything getting a toasted bagel for breakfast and some orange juice to make sure you had some sort of energy to keep you going as well as to make you feel full for a bit.  

Driving to work was something you could easily deal with, traffic didn’t bother you too much in this state of mind. You were too tired to care about anything right now, driving and traffic included. So the drive to the pizzeria wasn't as horrible as it could have been and you weren't late… Yet. Grabbing your security card and other things you needed you rushed from your vehicle and rushed to the building, rushing inside you panted lightly for a moment before walking normally into the building walking over to a coworker.

"Hey, I'm Ashley. How can I help you?" A lady asked you glancing at something behind her then giving you her full attention, to which you sighed in some relief at not having to stop and find someone to talk to. “Hi, I'm the new worker here. Y/N, it’s nice to meet you.” You said with a polite smile and offered a hand to Ashley for a handshake trying your best to keep from seeming as tired as you actually were which seemed to work as Ashley only smiled back taking your hand in the proper greeting. “Welcome to the family!” Ashley said happily to you, seemingly excited to have you working there doing… What was it you applied for again?... You had to think about that one for a moment, still not completely awake since you didn’t get much to eat or any coffee not wanting to be late then… Oh! Right, a maintenance worker. You’d be fixing the bots according to the advert they had been less… Friendly, lately. So you were here to help them fix that hoping a hacker hadn't gotten into the animatronics systems somehow and while you hoped a place like this would spare no expense on their main attractions but with the history of these kinds of places you really doubted it. "Come on, let's get your uniform, badge, and everything else you need."

You followed Ashley to a door guests weren't allowed into and looked around a bit since you had never been back there you were curious about those areas, it wasn't anything special but certainly different from the rest of the pizza plex. It helped bring you down to reality since what the public saw was very whimsical compared to the outside world but these parts of the building reminded you of the outside world, no bright colors, people working, and no fun colorful characters as they were currently in their rooms. Probably preparing for a show. So you wouldn’t see them just yet, after all you didn’t start your job proper till tomorrow so you wouldn’t have to worry about too much today, you’d just be getting everything you needed to work and getting used to the building as well as the animatronics today though you weren’t sure if you were getting paid or not for today. “Y/N?” You turned your attention back to Ashley at hearing her say your name smiling weakly. “Sorry, I got lost in thought.” You admitted a bit embarrassed you had and took a small sack of stuff that she was offering you. “You can get changed if you want but you don’t have to today since you won't actually be working with the animatronics. If you want to keep looking around, go ahead. I'm going to wait by the door so you can come find me if you need anything.” She said before rushing off not giving you a chance to reply to her. You paused for a moment then shrugged before deciding to change into the uniform to see how it fit for the day and if you needed to switch it out for something bigger or smaller.
