The girl was awoken to her phone ringing, over and over. They roll over and slap their hand on their phone until it answers.
"mm what do you want?" the girl was rather groggy, voice deeper than normal
"MY PARENTS SAID YE- wait I'm sorry did I wake you up?" his excitment fades into guilt
" Mm yes no it's okay, and said yes about what exactly?" her brain wasn't properly functioning at the moment.
"....the meet up?" confusion fills the blue eyed mans voice
"....OH! right yea totally knew that mhm,"
" yea sure you did," you can hear his eyes roll.
" dude what time is it," her voice is starting to warm up and sound normally.
"Uhm.. 9:30 am," he winces, knowing full well Eli wouldn't be to happy with that
"Oh my goddd, you know I hate waking up earlyyy,"
"Sorry sorry but I was super excited," he pleads
"Ok well fair, but next time contain your excitment for a few more hours, I'm going back to bed" she falls asleep nearly instantly
" Well okay then."

"Ok guys Im thinking the meet up should be in a.. week and be 3-4 weeks long. We can always make it longer if we feel we want to but that's the basics. So one week from today would be the 31st, so does that work for everyone?" he was in a call with everyone included in the meetup, discussing details.
Peoples answers vary with different forms of agreements. Perfect so in one week they would be doing a huge meetup, he and Eli wouldn't have to travel far at all thankfully, seeing as they live in Brighton. So it's all set then.
"Ok so now room arrangements, per Eli's request Niki and her will be sharing a room. And I was thinking Tubbo, Tommy and Ranboo share a room too. And then me, sapnap and george will bunk, and uh Phil and Wilbur will get their own separate rooms."
And yet again everyone varies with agreements. Its set then, time to start packing then.
