It's been 3 weeks. A lot of treatment and medications
Now it's time for the bandages to come off. I heard ( y/n) Julia's voice. Sweet and soft like a angel.
Sometimes when the doctors weren't around she'd climb into the bed next to me and hold me while she could. She'd read to me, cuddle me. And when I was in recovery. Liu got let out of jail. I am home in my room. my mom and dad think I'm fucking crazy because I love my new face. I'm fucking beautiful.
It's 4:30am and I'm in the bathroom in a white hoodie holding a knife up to my cheeks I carefully carve a smile onto my face blood gets all over the sink and all over the floor. So I'd smile more now I'm fucking beautiful.
Mom walks in and sees my new smile. I know she's gonna call the cops, but I don't know what to do. I don't even think about what to do. She smile's timidly towards me.
"Hi Jeff what's happening with your... uhh.. face?".
I smirk holding back a wince as a shot of pain rings out throughout my head. " I made myself smile more, everyone has been telling me to smile more momma, now I'll smile forever". I say. " what about we go show dad your new smile ok Jeff?". I stare at her. It goes silent. She backs up a bit. The knife in my hand now in a angle ready to attack. She looks at the Knife. I look at the flowers on her night gown. She then turns slightly to walk back to the room. I follow just as she wants me to. We wake up dad and he stares at me.
I smile " hi dad you like my new smile?". He then looks at Margret. " well?!.. Peter what do you think?!". She says over excited. I look to her to dad. Who's up and going to the closet.
I leave the room. The guns in the closet. I run down the hall towards liu's room. I wake him up. Blood from my smile dripping on his face. He screams so loud it brings mom and dad down the hall. I jump over liu and dad shoots at me I dodge pretty well I get shot in my arm. But it didn't hurt like it should.
My white hoodie soaks up the blood. I then charge straight towards mom knocking her back into dad who shoots by default. Mom gets shot in the back.
She screams I laugh. Dads stunned. Liu cry's. I punch dad hard in the face when he's caught off guard. I stab him in the hand, the neck, the stomach, the leg. He then goes stiff when I stab him in the heart. Mom screams and starts grabbing my leg and trying to punch me. I laugh and kick her in the neck.
She then crawls towards liu. And then try's to protect him but it's to late for her liu gets blood all over him as I take the gun and shoot her in the back of her head. Blood all over liu and all over liu's room.
Liu looks over at me. Angry tears in his eyes. But I laugh. I stab him a couple of times he doesn't go stiff like mom and dad but I run out the back door.
