I Need You..

Prologue

Pia Shrivastav, a fun-loving, gullible girl.. the "Daddy's little princess" as she calls herself.. lived in a world of her own.. which was limited to her family and a few friends... The only daughter of a well-heeled businessman Mr. Anil Shrivastav, and Mrs. Sita Shrivastav, a homemaker, was like a beam of sunshine... lively and healing. She had always lived a life quite stable and smooth.. and believed in destiny... "Everything happens for a reason.. and all of it would lead us to our ultimate destination... wherever our destiny had planned.." is what she would always say! She was like THE THERAPIST of her group! All her friends would seek aid and motivation from her.. and why not.. after all who else could have been as vivacious and happy as she used to be... talking to her would lighten up anybody's tenor! Satisfied with all that she had,lived a peaceful life. 

         Rishi Solanki, on the other hand, was the melancholic prince... lost in his world full of gloom and despair. He lost his father when he was 10, to hepatic cancer. Him being alcoholic... young Rishi had witnessed domestic violence against his mother. Rishi and his brother were forced by her to stay shut. He was a kid and could not do anything to save his mother.. and regretted not being able to be the brave child his mother needed. After his father's demise, his mother Anita Solanki, worked as a house help and later on as a helper at the daycare. His elder brother Nitish Solanki was the class topper and entered college with 100% scholarship.. something that Rishi could never pull off. Witnessing the happy tears of his proud mother when his result was announced, was a dream he could never fulfill. Being compared with Nitish all his life and being discouraged by the neighbours and relatives, made him that despondent teenage boy who was always cribbing about his bad luck and how his life was hell! 

         Two completely different personalities met and then canon into with all the forces of the universe, leading to a certain change in their perspectives. But the cosmos had other plans. The world is not always like a euphoric one of our dreams, not everything goes the way we wanted. All relations are tested. Would their bond be able to survive the harsh world, the separation, the misapprehensions and the cruelty of the humans around them? 

       "I Need You.." is their tale. From warm weather with gingerbread houses to thunder and destruction.. Pia and Rishi will survive it all or will they...?
