Chapter 1

Dimond's POV

'' careful Mila '' I said as we walked through the JFK airport

'' Oki mommy '' she said pulling her little suitcase

My sister and I decided to come back to New York for a few months and so I carried Mila

We won't be staying at a hotel this time because we rented this beautiful home for the time we are here

I was secretly hoping to stumble upon Mila's dad, I remember exactly what he looked like

Who could forget those gorgeous eyes

We soon were outside the airport and we went over to the rental area

We rented a Kia and I drove out of the airport

'' you excited '' My sister Nisha asked Mila

'' YESSSS '' she screamed clapping her hands together

This little girl always brings joy and hope to me and I love her dearly 

When I found out I was pregnant with Mila 2 years ago I was in utter shock, I wasn't sure what to do

But my parents helped me along with Nisha and so far we are raising this beautiful precious angel

About 45 minutes later we arrived at the house, I parked in the garage and turned to engine off

I unbuckled a sleeping Mila and laid her head on my shoulder holding her with one hand as I rolled one of the suitcases inside

Nisha took out about 3 of them and came inside and I got Mila's suitcase out of the back before closing down the trunk and locking up

I sat on the couch still holding a sleeping Mila

'' We should go to a cafe not far from here, we passed it on the way here '' Nisha suggested

'' yea that sounds like a great idea '' I said

I decided to shower and get out of this sweety outfit

As soon as the hot water touched my body I was instantly relaxed

After about 10 minutes in the shower and got out and got dressed and by that time Mila was up

I gave her a bath and got her dressed before we met Nisha downstairs
