Her attacks are still very peaceful, no pain involved. She can fly with her wings and her horns present the evil that is now apart of her and the halo's represents that fact that she still wishes she was a human and a demon slayer.
She cries gold. She also hasn't eaten a single human and only ever drinks blood but not enough to accidentally kill someone.
Muzan keeps constant track of her, making sure she's not secretly going to see the demon slayers. To have them kill her or to plan an attack on him.
But she has ways of alerting the demon slayers without him knowing
