It's been two days since Niko and sib have kissed. Sib is still in love with Niko. The whole cult is at the park waiting for Niko to show.

Niko: runs his bloody fingers through sib's hair

He tries to unclip sib's bra then Yoshi comes out of nowhere with two clean mcr shirts and karate chops niko's hands. If one thing could stop their kissing it was this.
