Starting from a very young age, Fei was brought to the mafia manor by his parents as an offer for their debt. He wasn't able to understand the whole situation as he was young back then, but growing up, he started to loath his family who he never dared to see ever again. Fortunately, the mafia boss took him under his wing, preparing him through the years to become a strong mafia member. The mafia boss molded him into a dangerous, silent killer, assasinating officials like a snake — sneaky and poisonous. He wasn't that short nor too tall, and it's a huge advantage for his fast capabilities and skillfull knife throwing, hand to hand combat, and masters the art of katana, making hin a great swordsman. He vowed to his adoptive father that he would continue on his legacy.

Fei has his signature castleton green colored hair dyed with periwinkle ombré that is braided low. He has bright purple colored eyes, pale complexion, and a piercing on his left ear that has a red chinese-styled earring. Whenever he goes off on a mission, he would always wear his black traditional chinese tai chi cropped top with two black arm bands on each arms (for his hand-to-hand combat), black pants, and black slippers. He prefers this type of style as he mentioned that it gives him more agility and flexibility when fighting.

Whether you believe it or not, Fei has a sadistic nature and loves torturing people whether it's in a joking way or in a serious way. An untamed beast who will go for the kill whenever he pleases to. He's very playful who would taunt his enemies, flirty, and someone who enjoys sexual intercourse a lot. You could say that he's a huge player himself, having both women and men for his own pleasure. Despite all, he's a very loyal friend and follower when it comes to his mafia family. He gets along well with everyone, treats him as if he's their little brother who would occasionally do pranks inside the household but if anyone dares to disrupt or hurt his family and friends, he gets very violent like a killing machine.
